Great hotel great staff great location would stay again

Almost certainly the best hotel in The Galápagos. Service was exceptional - relaxed and friendly but right on it and incredibly responsive and informative. Couldn’t have been more helpful on absolutely every front. The hotel itself is beautiful - somehow gets it just right - brilliant layout - everything is in exactly the right place if that makes sense! The Food is exceptional - credit to the chef - we tried all sorts and it was all beautifully prepared and tasted wonderful. And actually...

We had a lovely night at the lodge. It was a family run hotel who made us feel so welcome. The bed was huge and comfortable, the family were on hand for absolutely anything. They even came running out with umbrellas as we headed out for a walk in the rain. The food was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was served outside our room on the veranda, which was fantastic and quite simply the best omelette I have ever tasted. We arranged a pick up from the pier, which was provided at a very...

Excellent value for money. Staff were always friendly & ready to help. Rooms were spacious with en suites & tv. & I enjoyed relaxing by the pool at the end of each day & dipping in to cool off. It’s not the most luxurious hotel in the world & breakfast is basic, but what would you expect for £209 for 6 nights over new year. If you want 5* star facilities & treatment go & pay £200 per night at one of the more luxurious hotels nearby, I struggle to believe some of the negative reviews I read here...

Lovely budget hostel in the Galápagos Islands. Basic but well maintained room, very comfortable. Very warm welcome and great service from the staff, would thoroughly recommend

The Galapagos are just pricey - this is a rather basic nice hotel, nothing super special even though a bit pricey for Ecuador. But very reasonable for the Galapagos. Rooms are clean and nice, though a bit bare and basic. Breakfast is good, all the staff are really nice and helpful. We had problems with the language since we don't speak much Spanish.
