They intentionally made us wait until 3pm to get the room even though it was ready much earlier. Policy is policy I guess but that set the tone for the stay. They gave us one key. It takes one key to keep the room powered. Leave the room, no electricity. Which means that the refrigerator turns off. Not good for insulin. Slipped and fell on the unsafe possibility wet stairs. No help offered by the property. Many photos of water all over the floors and in the elevator. Still no offers to help. 4 hours in the hospital and left a day early to seek medical treatment. They did wish that I got well soon.

"Nice hotel with good amenities. The pool area is very nice. I would recommend the heated pool. The breakfast was average at best. We also had lunch there (which was extra) but the food was much better. We were at this hotel when the earthquake hit Colombia. The site obtained only minimal damage. ..."
