Ideal for a relaxing holiday, home office with a fantastic view or an active holiday with hikes or bike rides in the beautiful surroundings. A riding stable is also in the immediate vicinity. The bright apartment is accessible via an elevator. A large pool is available all year round, including two sun loungers and a parasol. The residential complex is very well maintained, in a quiet location. The front door takes you into the large living room with a closed wardrobe, large L-couch, large flat screen TV (with international programs) and soundbar, a large dining table (200 x 90), fully equipped kitchen with oven, four ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (German coffee machine and Nespresso), kettle and toaster. From the living room you can access the cozy south-facing balcony with two rattan armchairs including cushions, a small table and an electric sun awning. With a view over the well-kept complex, the beautiful pool, the olive grove to Lake Garda you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or your evening Aperol Spritz with a view of the twinkling lights. Behind the kitchen there is a small hallway with a closet equipped with: Cleaning utensils, ironing board and iron, as well as a drying rack. Through the hallway you reach the completely renovated bathroom, equipped with: Sink, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, make-up mirror with magnifying and a hair dryer. The large mirror is provided with indirect LED lighting, which is equipped with a Remote control can be controlled individually. A stone staircase takes you to the walk-in closet on the mezzanine floor. If necessary, you will find a cordless vacuum cleaner there. Further down the stairs you reach the study on the left, with a work table, a comfortable sofa bed and a great view over the gallery to the complex with pool. Next to it is the bedroom with a double bed (high quality mattress 170 x 200), flat screen TV with soundbar and shelves. From the bed you have a breathtaking view of the lake. If you prefer to sleep in the dark, you can draw the lightproof curtain. The entire apartment is equipped with stable WiFi and German/Italian sockets, as well as air conditioning in all rooms for cooling or heating. The residential complex in which the apartment LA TORRETTA is located is just outside from Puegnago del Garda - idyllically located in the olive grove - between Manerba and Salò. Lake Garda and the Rocca di Manerba, probably the most striking rock on the south-west of Lake Garda, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Supermarkets, bakers, butchers, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A wonderful place to feel good, relax - for DOLCE VITA on the beautiful Lake Garda. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity. the accommodation is for a maximum of 2 people including infants. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer größeren Eigentumsanlage. Sie liegt weitab jeglicher Touristen-Hotspots. Das gefiel uns gut, da wir ohnehin zum wandern und nicht zum flanieren an den Gardasee gekommen waren. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig, was das Raumangebot betrifft. Die Ausstattung ist vollumfänglich. Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden, die Möbel sind hochwertig und der Blick vom Balkon Richtung Gardasee ist fantastisch. Praktisch ist auch - insbesondere bei Ankunft und Abreise - der vor der Wohnung befindliche Aufzug. Die Sitzpolstermöbel hätten gründlicher gereinigt sein können. 2 Fensterrollos fehlten, was bei Sonneneinstrahlung störend war. Aber auch aus dem Poolbereich konnte man so ungehindert in die Wohnung schauen (wir fanden die offenbar defekten Rollos in 2unterschiedlichen Schränken platziert). Einen Sonnenschirm haben wir nicht an der beschriebenen Stelle gefunden...was für uns aber auch nicht schlimm war. ##### Michael From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent #### Dirk 25 Oct 2024 #### La Torretta - Dolce Vita am Gardasee Was für eine tolle Wohnung, hier passt wirklich alles und ermöglicht einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Gardasee, abseits vom Tourismus. Salo und Manerba sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bieten alles was das Herz begehrt, auch den Tourismus. Der Blick aus der Wohnung und vom Balkon wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Egal zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit und bei welchem Wetter, ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, die Außenanlage, inkl. Pool, ist top gepflegt. Wer mag kann von hieraus direkt Wanderungen ins Umland starten. Der Service von Gardafewo war ebenfalls sehr gut. Vollkommen unkompliziert und einfach. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es viel zu entdecken und probieren. Kleine, wirklich gute Restaurants, eine Bar am Marktplatz (toller Blick auf den See). Überall bekommt man Olivenöle und Weine aus der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eigentlich nicht viel. Vielleicht eine weitere Leselampe für das Schlafzimmer. ##### Dirk From a partner site ### 10/10 Excellent #### Tanja 24 Oct 2024 #### Ruhige Lage & wunderschöne Aussicht Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir waren bereits das 2\. Jahr in Folge dort. Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft, genauso wie die Aussicht. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen machen. Der nächste Supermarkt, Bäcker, etc. ist circa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Absolut empfehlenswert für Paare, welche ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen möchten. Es war sehr staubig (Regale, Couchpolster, Kopfteil Bett, Ecken, etc). Leider war kein Staubsauger mehr zur Nutzung verfügbar, wie letztes Jahr. Den Balkon mussten wir erst putzen und die Balkonmöbel abwaschen. Letztes Jahr war alles sauber. Bei 125 € Endreinigung pro Aufenthalt, wäre eine saubere Wohnung zu erwarten. Die Einrichtung ist gehoben, sehr geschmackvoll und dennoch mit Gemütlichkeit eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Man ist sofort in der Natur und kann wandern. Teekanne, Teesieb, mehr Küchenhandtücher.
