The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving, the rooms, bed & kitchen are a lot smaller than appears in the pictures. The beds are only double size & have a plastic matress protector on them that makes a horrible noise when you turn over. All the rooms are noisy, the outside ones face the busy corner streets & the inner one has no windows, but you can hear everybody else in the room next door as if they are in your suite. The kitchen has a one burner stove with one sauce pan & one frying pan. There were only 2 knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups & glasses. The couch is more like an entrance hall seat. Expedia charged us twice the amount of the actual listed hotel price & the manager then charged us an extra fee upon arrival.

Almost great
Only short walk to center. Great little kitchen. Clean-Clean. Room was cleaned every day. Quiet interior room, don’t know about exterior rooms. We stayed there for 2 weeks and as we were saying our good buys at the front door, we were asked to pay 30 pesos for the small bottle of water left on the refrigerator in our room when we arrived. Seriously! We left a generous tip for the cleaning service every day. We thought they were joking. Seriously! $1.50!

Recommend and liked. Friendly staff.
We moved from one hotel directly in the center to this. The location here is perfect too. Good to walk around at night. The space worked better for us. Cleaner and much friendlier, more safety measures here than the previous lodging too. It is loud during the day with traffic but that does not bother me. Nice rooftop sitting area. I will be back. I like and would recommend. I I experienced another lodging and went and personally checked others, this was a good one compared to others in the same price range.

This is a small, almost boutique hotel in the downtown area. There's a kitchen with a stove, utensils, pots, fridge, and microwave...and a small bar seating area, bathroom, and quite a small bedroom, but there's a big bed to maneuver around so it makes it seem small. You get toiletries and a variety of items to use. There's a front desk person 24/7 to monitor the door, since this is a 10 room place it shouldn't be that busy. I managed to get a room facing the street so it got noisy at times due to traffic. My only complaint is that there was no hot water...I never said anything cuz I just dealt with it. This is walking distance to many places, mainly the zocalo and a bunch of places to eat. Other places are a short taxi-uber ride away. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away, but isn't too expensive via uber. There's an OXXO downstairs at the corner. This is a nice place to stay if you care about budget. It's clean, friendly, safe, modern, and comfortable.

The room was VERY clean, impressively so. It was a bit unpleasant at the end as we fell like we were being watched. I took a spoon to use during the day and the receptionist asked me in the evening if we have the spoon otherwise we will have to pay for it. I felt like I was imposing on somebody at their house which was not that pleasant. Otherwise, very nice.

The stay was pleasant. The hotel seemed short of staff and they really are very measured with their amenities. Had to ask for extra shampoo/conditioner/body soap. Staff professional and friendly and hotel feels safe.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the room layout unpractical for us. The bedroom was very small. We had a kitchen area but we did not use that space other than suitcase area and charging station. Location at first felt far from town but after a day we realized we were close enough. We discovered an amazing local small panadería and we had everything we needed at walking distance.

I arrived around 9 PM and the area seemed closed but once I knocked on the door someone opened but the person was on a sweater with his hoodie on, that was not a good sign, very scary. The entrance was dark and the person was not very helpful and very suspecious looking. Once I filled-out the paperwork of my stay I had to take my bags upstairs (no other personnel available for help). The rooms are nice and they have WiFi, so that is awesome. The neighborhood seems a little scary and not so friendly but there were no issues only my first impression with the guy in the sweater that really ruined it for me, he was not even wearing a uniform.

Great little hotel in Puebla.
Rooms on the small side but very clean, modern and new. A great roof top terrace for cocktails and very close to the zocalo. Very good laundry service that charges by the kilo instead of the usual exobident rates other hotels charge.

Good value and good location
The location in the centro historico of Puebla was excellent. The suites were cramped but clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and the two TVs got CNN International in english - a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Everything is new and very clean. Wonderful beds and amenities, including great coffee. The only thing is that it has no parking, and the neighborhood looks a bit ugly, but it is a very close walk to downtown. I do recommend it very much!

Great central hotel
Great central location, near the main square, the cathedral and lots of restaurants. Nice little gym, a roof top terrace for cocktails (bring your own) and a view of Ei Popo.

Family Wedding
First trip to Mexico and it was to Puebla for a family Wedding in San Hipolito. Our family group stayed at Suites LA Concordia because a family member selected it. Lovely small 'boutique' hotel. Rooms clean, there is a rooftop patio to enjoy a glass of wine or beer. Very small hotel. If you are looking for a large hotel, this is not the place for you. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Great Room near Cultural Center
It was a great hotel! They had a little kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, countertop, and fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything. Everything was very clean. Had a balcony overlooking the city streets. On the edge of the cultural district. Within walking distance to the park in the center and the massive church. Nothing bad to say.

A really nice place!
I stayed before in this place. Is quiet, really clean. You will be surprised with the suite. 2 Flat TVs, comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, soft towels. Few blocks from the Zocalo, but it's worth. Small place. And all the personal very friendly and willing to help you in case you need it.

Apartment option for central Puebla
This is more of an urban apartment than a hotel, so be sure that is what you want. You'll have a kitchen, a small sitting and eating area, and a good size bedroom. We were in one of two rooms (#1 and #2) that did not face the street and had no windows. It was quiet, but may not be for everyone. The other rooms face the street and may be noisier. Nice rooftop terrace. Good location for walking to Centro.

It's not a hotel. There is no service. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated & well-equipped, only 10 minutes walk from the zocalo. However, the terminal for the credit card was mal functionning so we had to pay in cash, the plug in the sink did not work, could not open the door to the balcony, could not access internet from the apartment and there was no hot water for the shower in the morning. There was no staff present in the evening, only a security guard who was nice but could not help.

The staff spoke no English or very little and were not particularly helpful. In fact they gave incorrect advice several times. They were polite but my Spanish is very limited. It was clean and comfortable. It seems it was recently remodeled and the location is a short walk to many wonderful museums.

Modern rooms at a reasonable price.
Stayed 2 nights and had no problems. The staff is friendly and the room was very clean, modern, and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette area is a nice feature (even though I only used it to store my drinks and drink their coffee). A modern large tv in both kitchenette and bedroom. The bathroom was very clean with updated fixtures. The hall area gets plenty of sun light (it almost feels like a large sun room). There is access to the roof top for a partial view; a couple of tables w/ chairs to absorb the sun. Location is a short walk to the zocalo.

Second time stay
A few blocks from the town center, convenience store selling food and booze right next door. Coffee maker didn't work but replaced in 5 minutes. I will go back but would like a lower rate but it was August.

highly recommend this hotel
centrally located, very very clean, very comfortable bed w/ kitchenette. since it is an old bldg the rooms are not huge but adequate. safe and great staff. reasonable price for a secure safe and bug free cleanclean room and great shower.

Central location yet quiet, comfortable
Staff were helpful in arranging taxis and offering assistance. Rooftop terrace provided a quiet spot to rest and read. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked with the basics and were we staying more time would have been very handy.

The evening security was Amazing!!!!
We arrived at night. It is a little hard to tell it was a hotel from the facade but once inside it was great. The deck and gym were a huge plus. Best part was the incredible customer service of the overnight security guard. He truly made the stay worth while.

Nice but... no parking
Good room, well equipped, comfortable and wax tourist attractions. The only thing is that there are no parking and it is not mentioned in the description of the hotel.

As you mention we are very close to the main Center of town and actually from our terrace you can see the steeple of the Cathedral. We never hide that we do not have our own parking, but there is a parking garage 100 meters from the Suites that our guests can use for a charge.

Modern small hotel, great value.
The hotel is very new. everything is clean and well maintained so far. small kitchenette is very functional: induction range top, microwave, utensils. 2 large flat screen TVs w/ HDMI easily connected to my tablet. Very comfortable beds. 5-10 min. walk to zocalo. Staff has minimal english but were very friendly. There is also a rooftop exercise room and outdoor terrace.

La Suites has it all. Close, clean, comfortable beds, workable kitchen, AC and heater and close to the historical center and Spanish In Puebla language school. I will be returning. Very nice accommodations!

Fantastic for extended stays
This hotel offers great service and very comfortable suites. We only stayed a couple of nights, but if I had an extended trip to Puebla, I would definatly stay here. The suite has a small kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. A great room to work and live and very close to the center of town.

La habitación muy sucia, los muebles y paredes en mal estado, olía mal (entre humedad y cañería) y no había toallas en la habitación y cuando pedí más solo me pidieron dar 3, a pesar de necesitar 4 (esto por qué no tenían más). Lo único positivo fue la atención y amabilidad del personal.
