The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

I have stayed at this property twice, my first stay was great, this second had one slight problem. The hotel is close to an elevated highway and the rooms facing the road do get quite a bit of noise. The even numbered rooms face the road, so if you are sensitive to sound like I am, I would suggest you request a room facing away from the highway. That said, I enjoyed my stay as always, this hotel chain is my "go-to," for accommodations in Mexico.

It was close to the place I visited, the staff was very friendly and polite The only down side of the stay was the breakfast was not hot enough to enjoy the meal.

Place was good. Not great.
Service was good. Breakfast was good. Room was too small for the furniture and as a result it was crowded. When you enter the door actually hits one of the beds. Ok for a place to sleep for the night.

The scamdemic is over, remove the masks. I felt sorry for your kitchen staff, as everytime she gave someone a mask the people in the cafeteria would laugh. And some refused to play the mask game.

The towels were worn out and thin. The space for a two bed room is very limited. Otherwise everything was very good.

It was not to my taste. First it was full of municipal police in their vehicles. Very frightening especially being in another country and not knowing what they may be taking in. The second thing is that i was bitten all iver by bedbugs. The next morning i went and cancelled rhe rest of my nights and an additional room. The front desk peraon didn't even care. All she said was ok. Definitely not booking again.

Overall was a nice stay. The only thing is that the room is very small, but shouldnt matter if staying a couple of nights. The included breakfast, shloudnt be called buffet, is more like OJ and toasts, because the food was awful.

Nice hotel to stay one night
If you are traveling from Mexico City to Puebla or Veracruz, this is a good option to stay/sleep, beds are cozy, rooms are clean, internet is good. The rooms are very small but I wasn't on Mexico to spend the day in an hotel room. I did recommend it if you are using the room just for sleep.

Terrible hotel
Terrible hotel can hear the people in the room next to you like there right there paper thin walls. Also had a queen bed with a single bed size mattress protector. What a joke. Needed some sleep from driving all day didn't get any sleep as the people in the room next door were very noisy all night and the bed was so uncomfortable would have been better sleeping in my vehicle.

After driving 12 hrs wanted a good comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. I had to be up at 5:30 Am for another long day of driving. I came into the room and did some catching up on my computer. Went to go to bed at about Midnight pulled the sheet over to discover they put a single size mattress cover on my queen bed. in disbelief I took a picture and went down to the reception and showed them and asked for another room they had another on another floor, I went back to my room packed my things and went to the new room its now about 1am. I finally get to sleep and about 3am the wall at the headboard starts banging now I'm up and the couple in the room next to me are having intercourse. I turned on some music to try and drawn the noise out didn't fall asleep for another 1 1/2hrs so I got a total of about 3 hrs of sleep. I would have slept better in my vehicle. Never again will I stay at This hotel.

Conveniently safe affordability
Rooms are tiny but very clean. Great for resting after a long day of touring Puebla or surrounding towns. This hotel is near cholula and San Martin which are must sees! Hot breakfast but we passed and headed to local towns for fresh baked bread and fresh squeezed orange juice.

This is a nice hotel if you're in a hurry. Rooms are clean but really small. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is far from city so be ready to have lots of money for taxis or uber rides. Road in front of hotel under construction so it can result hard to access hotel if driving a rental or cab driver doesn't know city well. GPS routes are not updated due to costruction sites. Be careful!

Great hotel. Had a great night sleep. A little small for my taste but very clean. The receptionist was very kind and answer any question I had. The only inconvenience was the construction on the road that leads to the entrance which if you don't pay attention will make one have to loop around. Other than that everything was great!!!

Great for long stays -- super economic
Hotel is great for long stays. Rate per nigh is amazing. Great if you are lookinig for a place to crash over the night. Rooms are small, very clean, and have the essencial. Do not expect something luxury.

Great budjet hotel.
Ask for a room not facing the road. It'll be more quiet for sleeping. The people who work there were very efficient. There was a hot and cold breakfast. Not too much around the location. Room was small but clean. Good for a budjet hotel. A store and restauraunt - bar right there.

If you are going to VW on business without thinking about the Pablano Mole (Typical mexican dish) this is the way to go. Extremely business oriented with a good included breakfast. The Rooms are small but if you are goign on business there will be no problem. They have a restaurant that does not belong to the hotel below the lobby that serves great brick oven pizzas with a good wine.

Business-type hotel in the outskirts. Faces the highway, try to ask for a room facing the opposite side cause the highway is loud. Rooms are clean. Nothing nearby except a mall next exit. About 20 minute drive from the center. Beware: we checked in late in the evening and the receptionist didn't want to give us a room because we didn't have a printed out "coupon" - have no idea what she meant. We told her it was a hotels.com electronic reservation, but she insisted on a paper. Eventually she called somewhere and let us stay till the morning when it would be sorted out. Weird.
