"Returned to this Hotel after our last stay. The Excellent customer service brought us back! The Rooms are comfortable and you can walk to Newbury and Fenway easily. They have a great refillable water bottles and a refilling station to keep you hydrated. There is a very small gym so get your exercise walking around Boston exploring! There is so much to see. As my son said "it is a very nice hotel were everyone is friendly""

"Being an independent hotel, the Colonnade might not be on the top of most people's list when looking for a place to stay in Boston. But, it should be! This hidden gem is beautifully appointed from the lobby to the guest rooms to the rooftop pool area. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. And the bathroom amenities were top of the line. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"We had a great stay in Boston! The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient for getting around Boston, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Boston."

"Felt comfortable here and convenient to the local neighborhood I wanted. Basically have to valet park here, not many options. Walkable to T and restaurants. Felt safe but I would ask hotel about sketchy areas fairly close to avoid. Gave us a handicapped room with a shower that basically got the entire bathroom wet, that was weird. Had an air purifier that was noisy but worked well to combat the humidity. Great restaurant with nice patio seating right on a green belt, would be very pet friendly."

"It is what it is, and what it is is a decent cheap place to stay in Boston. The room was tiny. Two single beds, an outlet to charge your phone and a window AC unit. I had to climb two steep flights of stairs to get to my room, but that was ok with me. One time I had to wait on the shared bathroom, but I managed. If you will only need the room for sleeping it’s totally fine. Get out and explore the city. I did. There’s a few good restaurants within walking distance. Fenway is less than two miles so an easy uber there and then a nice walk home (since Ubers are crazy after the game or show). It doesn’t look like much from outside, but again if you’re only there to sleep, who cares? Check in was a little clunky. My original directions for self check in did not include my room number so I had to call and text several times to get that, but once I got it I had no issues. I’d stay again if I was traveling solo. My wife would never stay there, but she’s less adventurous than me. And truth be told, if she were there I’d want to stay in a nicer place. My friends stayed at the Marriott for $900 for two nights. I was in and out at 184 Heath for under $200. Plenty of nearby street parking for free. I parked within a block with no issues."
