Viagei de férias com minha esposa e filho (16a). Local muito bonito com uma área física muito grande e bonita, um pouco sub-utilizada. Acomodações simples mas bastante satisfatórias apesar de não ter ar condicionado (mesmo em janeiro não fez falta). Café da manhã bastante simples: com tantas frutas vermelhas plantadas no país fiquei decepcionada em não ter geléias artesanais, somente geléia e mel industrializados, da mesma maneira para os 2 tipos de queijo que também eram industrializados. Para o meu gosto o café poderia ser mais forte. Pessoas muito simpáticas no hotel, para nossa ida ao V. Vilarrica que teríamos de estar as 6h da manhã na agência de turismo na nossa saída as 5h35 da manhã tinham 3 pacotes com o café da manhã (sanduíche, iogurte, suco, maçã, cereal e brownie) bem embaladinhos. Quando fomos as termas pedimos toalhas na recepção na noite anterior e quando saímos de manhã a recepcionista já estava com as toalhas separadas. fato que nos deixou chateados foi não terem avisado no dia anterior que no domingo todo o centro estaria fechado para o triatlon que ocorreria até as 17h e as rotas de saída do hotel para fora sa cidade só foram liberadas a partir das 14h30. Tínhamos levantado e nos arrumado para ir ao Parque Huerquehue que fica a 45 minutos do hotel e acabamos não podendo ir, sendo que a entrada no parque é somente até as 14h… Perdemos o passeio, porque na segunda, nosso último dia em Pucón o parque estava fechado…

Great spot nestled between the mountains and walking distance to a baker, and grocer. Hotel room was spacious with a complimentary basic breakfast. The jacuzzi was perfect on a snowy winter night.

Very comfortable stay
Excellent, friendly staff. A little too far out of the town centre but a lovely hotel in excellent setting. Room clean. Very good breakfasts. Would recommend and revisit.

A one night stay. The mini bar was locked. What a dumb move. One wonders why lock a mini bar in a locked hotel room? Are the maids not to be trusted? Shoukd I stuff all my clothes in the safe? Why not offer real scrambled eggs instead of the carton swill?

Outstanding hotel in Pucon
We spent two nights at Pucon Green Park Hotel. It was excellent and we especially liked the beautiful park-like setting with views of the mountains including Volcan Villarica. Our room was spacious with a lot of character including tiled floor and a wood-lined ceiling. We had a spectacular view overlooking the garden. An absolute highlight of our stay was the generous advice and welcoming support provided by the concierge, Cristina.

Excellent Service Received
The hotel provides excellent value for their rates. The location is not in the center of the town, it is located about an 8 minute drive away, or by taxi about CLP 3.000. The rooms are rustic in decor, but generous in size. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. The gardens are large and well-landscaped, and there were many large native birds (storks or some sort of wild duck) on the premises, with views of the nearby volcanoes. But the friendliness and personal service that we received during our stay was EXCEPTIONAL. We had some trouble with our rental vehicle prior to arrival at the hotel and when we called the hotel, they immediately sent the hotel van and driver to help us. We had also signed up for a hiking trip to a nearby volcano, with a 6:30 AM departure time from the hotel, and once we informed them of the early departure, the receptionist immediately offered to pack a breakfast "to go" box for us and it was all ready waiting for us the next day at 6:30 am. They also have bikes for the hotel guests to use and there are bicycle lanes between the hotel and the town center, so it is easy to bike into town.

Great place to stay
Great people, environment and facilities. Breakfast includes everything and if you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner restaurant inside is great. Bikes, entertaiment things and pool is great for summer time. Price trought Hotels.com is not so good deal, and they are a little bit messy with reservations papers.

Great in Green Valley
This was a very comfortable hotel, well appointed and with American style amenities that can be rare in South America. The gardens and views are great and the location good, quiet and still convenient to Pucon. If you do not have a car there are taxi's and buses and they will lend you bicycles.

No vale la pena precio calidad
Considero que para el precio vs calidad de las habitaciones, es demasiado caro. No vale la pena, mala vista, mala atención del front desk (en realidad principalmente el joven, los demás un 7). Nos dejaron en un principio en una habitación que no tenía ni calefacción funcionando, reclamamos tanto que nos cambiaron. La gente del bar y del restorán, nada que decir, muy amables.

no es lo que esperaba
Lo bueno: el entorno , el silencio del hotel , las camas cómodas . Lo malo : desayuno algo pobre para ser buffet , piezas algo anticuadas (en los roperos habian cortinas en vez de puertas , no hay cafetera ni vasos , no hay aire acondicionado solo calefaccion central que a veces era muy alta o lo contrario ) ; tienen tinajas pero son pagas y horarios no flexibles ; el gimnasio con buenos implementos pero estaba sucio . POco personal . el hotel tiene mucho potencial para ser de excelencia pero no lo aprovechan .

El hotel bello, limpio, habitaciones comodas. Sin embargo al hacer la reserva que coloque que eramos 4 me hizo reservar 2 habitaciones y luego note que habia una habitación cuádruple. Don Manuel del reataurant muy atento. Pienso que debian explotar mas el turismo, ofrecer al visitante sitios que vale la pena conocer de la zona, y contar con servicio de taxi para los que no cuenten con vehiculo propio.

Lugar hermoso,jardines,fauna,piscina. Amabilidad de todo el personal. De los mejores hoteles chilenos que hemos estado. Limpieza perfecta Restaurant muy bueno,aunque solo dos pequeñas sugerencias Ampliar la carta y en un hotel de tantas virtudes es insólito que no preparen martini seco. En todo caso lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos cuando podamos Camas perfectas,descanso completo

la estadía fue buena hasta el momento del check out en dónde me atendió un chico extranjero muy prepotente , quiso cobrarme el valor de la estadía en US y convertidos al valor peso chileno del día en que me retiré ; cosa que no me pareció dado que debe respetarse el valor peso al día en que se realiza la reserva, independiente de ello... el tipo fue muy prepotente y no me permitía explicarle mi punto, hasta que le indiqué que quería hablar con el Administrador... recién ahí gestionó la solución a mi punto de vista. El resto del personal muy amable y gentil...

Esto fue una estafa por internet ya que decía que estaba con 10 % de descuento y no era real decía que el valor final pagaba todo incluía impuestos e iva y tampoco era real al final me sentí estafada … una decepción que las paginas de internet nos manipulen para quedarnos en el lugar y después resulta ser una mentira el valor final

Linda experiencia pero mejorable
Viajé con mi pareja. El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, las piezas son amplias y la ducha tenia hidromasaje. La comida del restaurante era muy buena y queremos destacar la atención de Manuel, el Garzón que se porto un 7 en todo momento, realmente hizo muy agradable nuestra estadía . Lo que no nos gustó que viajamos a descansar y habían muchos niños los cuales gritaban alrededor, sin ningún tipo de reglas y a todo horario, eso perjudicó claramente nuestro descanso ... La piscina había que reservarla por el tema de la pandemia pero hay veces que contamos a más de 20 personas en ella, por lo que no pudimos ingresar incluso teniendo nuestra reserva. A veces a las 11 de la noche los niños seguían bañandose y gritando dentro de la piscina transformándose en ruidos molestos... Creo que deberían existir ciertas reglas o horarios definidos para eso, ya que esas situaciones influyen en que algunos huespedes no puedan disfrutar ni descansar...

Mitten im Grünen, ruhig gelegen, in Pucon
Das Hotel Pucon Green Park wird seinem Namen gerecht; gepflegte, grosszügige Gartenanlage mit Swimmingpool. Für eine Nacht waren wir dort, in einem grosszügigen Zimmer mit Gartensitzplatz. Das Check-in war freundlich, die Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten könnten verbessert werden, besonders wenn in Cash US$ bezahlt wird. In einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wäre es auch freundlich, einen Begrüssungsdrink oder einen Gutschein für die Bar zu erhalten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war o.k., grössere Früchteauswahl hätte man erwarten dürfen.

Al hotel Le falta mantenimiento, cortinas rotas, barandas de la pileta salidas. Y servicios cobran aparte por el hidromasaje. Al desayuno le falta jugos naturales y frutas. A favor el personal es muy atento y el restaurante con buenos platos

malisima administracion interna
el hotel en general todo bien, hicimos la compra de un pase a unas termas las cuales la señorita de la recepción no manejaba los horarios ni que días se encontraba en mantencion. Al acudir a las mismas se encontraban cerradas, así que escribimos directamente al hotel para la devolución del dinero. me dijeron que pase a buscar la plata a pucon siendo que yo no vivo cerca por lo cual les avise que me hagan un deposito entregando mis datos... no eh tenido respuestas. la verdad me encanto el hotel lastima que la administración sea bastante desprolija y al menos demuestren algo de interés por el huesped.

excelente hotel muy bien ubicado de todos los sectores se Pucon los accesos son expedidos y se puede ir desde el hotel sin pasar por el centro se pucon a diversas atracciones naturales igualmente se encuentra a minutos del centro.
