Ideally located, 50 m from the beach and with all shops nearby. The living room is a welcoming space, including a sitting area with a sofa bed and television (TNT channels). Opposite, a kitchen with a dining area, fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The bedroom, separate from the living room, is equipped with a trundle bed. The first bathroom has a shower, the second has a bathtub. A separate toilet includes a washing machine. Please note that there is a large garage in the basement, connected to the upper floor by elevator.
