Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day.

This hotel simply does not meet five-star standards. The biggest disappointment was not a single maintenance issue, but the overall neglect, poor hygiene, and the complete lack of genuine customer care. Even after speaking with the manager several times, Our concerns were largely dismissed, leaving us feeling ignored rather than valued as guests. We will also be forwarding our experience to the hotel chain’s management, as we believe they should be aware that this property is not representing their brand at the expected standard. To give a few examples, there was a persistent sewage smell around the pool area, the pool itself appeared poorly maintained. We were told we could only have one piece of chicken, and at one point there wasn’t even a simple cup of ice available. When we raised these issues, the manager said the hotel had between 900 and 1,000 guests, as if that excused the standards. He also remarked that he could not come every time a guest asked to speak with him. We understand August is busy, but that is precisely when a five-star hotel is expected to be properly staffed and maintained. These responses left us feeling ignored, and that basic guest concerns were not taken . We want to stress that these are just a few examples, and there were many other issues throughout our stay. I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site. Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos and no wall art. Our toilet was squeezed in behind a structural pillar which made it a real challenge to go to the loo! The AC was a pain, despite it working well it kept switching off and on again all night. As there are all-inclusive options the quality of the food is average and there is the usual sunbed nonsense, with numpties putting their towels down around 7am...although the pool on the lower level always had availabilty. The reception staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Vlad in particular. All in all it was...OK. The sunset is fabulous and the nearby beaches / coves are a delight but the hotel just seemed too overcrowded and a bit too 'meh' for our liking. Shame.
