The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

5 th floor small room with elevator only going one level lower was slightly inconvenient. Sauna was extra charge and needed reservation. Location in Jewish quarters was great as restaurants next door were excellent for food, drink and people watching . Worth every Sloty

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Kazimiers! Beautiful and clean. It was really quiet too despite being central and next to bars. Highly recommend.
There were a couple of areas where it can be improved; hooks should be provided in bathroom and bedrooms for ease; improve shower to avoid leaks.
Staff were very helpful and speedy in responding prior to our stay. However, some details were lost in reality - sofa bed wasn’t prepared as a bed specially after requesting this and being acknowledged.
Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.
