The staff was very rude when there was an issue with our reservation especially Jessica. I’ve stayed in Hampton Inns all over the country and never had an experience like this.

The location was great! It was very clean and met my expectations. The only bad thing was the breakfast there were not enough choices and the options always included cheese. It would be better with some plain scrambled eggs. Also, there was not bacon or sausage available which would make it much better.

Room was nice and clean ,a bit noisy, but comfortable . Enjoyed the shuttle to Casino, but it never came to pick us up when we call . So we had to walk back.

Need a vacation from my vacation!
Clean hotel with wonderful amenities that guests cannot use due to hotel staff bringing in their families at night! The pool and hot tub area were destroyed and overtaken by hotel staff children running rampid! ! The lobby and tv area were full of hotel employees and their husbands while their small children took over the whole pool area with zero supervision! Sounded like after they were done at the pool they spent a good amount of time running up and down the stairs in the stairwell! Talked to the one lady working the front desk and she was not concerned and never even walked to the pool area to check the situation and I was very displeased. Will never stay here again due to employees!! There is one person here who wants to work, and the minute she leaves here the shenanigans begin!😉 Anything but relaxing and unfortunately I need a vacation from my vacation!!

Hi MS Jennifer.Thank you for choosing the Hampton Inn & Suites in Catoosa, I regret that your stay was not upto the stndard you deserve.I investigate the matter and found that we had a group staying belongs to the soccer team and the guests in the pool and lobby area were the families of the team not the employees family.It was also confirmed that the some adults were with the kids while they were swimming in the pool. The lobby is open for the guest if they want to sit and watch the game.I appologize for the inconvenience, let me know if there is anything I can help with your stay.

The beds and pillows were not as comfy as some of the Hampton Inns we stay at, so we didn’t sleep very well. We do live that they are pet friendly, however we had a tapper down the hall that never stopped.
