The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (queen-size). There is also a bunk bed that sleeps three—ideal for children or friends. The living and dining area includes an additional sofa bed.

The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and equipped for guests with disabilities.
Step-free access via a ramp directly in front of the door ensures convenient entry. The entire apartment is on one level and offers pleasant, ground-level living comfort.
