This condo is also equipped with two sofabeds so that everyone has a place to sleep. Provincetown is the home of beautiful beaches, top-rated restaurants, art galleries, and charming shops. You can also enjoy some beautiful scenery and incredible bird-watching opportunities at the Maple Grove Bird Sanctuary, just a half-mile from your front door. Entrances to the Dune Shacks Trail and the Old Colony Trail Nature Pathway are less than a half mile from the condo. Highland Links is just over six miles from the home, perfect for guests who brought golf clubs. Things to Know There are two coolers, a paddle float, beach chairs, and a bike for guest use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We had a lovely stay at the Dance, enjoying the deck, the grill, the back patio, and the proximity to town. A beautiful walk along Commercial Street brought us to the center of the action, while the location of the condo is calm and tranquil. Hiking the sand dunes across Route 6 to the stunning beach and walking along the bay at low tide are two favorite activities! There were flies swarming the apartment because the trash had not been taking out and the the linens were unchanged. The bathroom was filthy and untouched. When we reached out to support, the local manager ignored us for several days so we were forced to book a hotel. Thankfully there were rooms available because it was a busy week in ptown.
