Down the side of the bed was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned for some time and communication with the property manager was lacking. We had no cushions on the outside chairs when we arrived so couldn’t use them until they were found and put back. This took over a day to organise and we were there only 2 nights. We had no check in instructions. There were no clear Wi-Fi access instructions and I was only able to get on with trial and error. The check out instructions came after we had already checked out.
