"Charming Older Waterfront Cottages/Rooms"
Check-in was fast and easy with a friendly courteous staff. The property is a bit older and the room is a great use of space for the size. The bathroom is small and clean. The room faces the ocean with a new sleep sofa in front of the window. The bed has a pillow top mattress and was very comfortable. Our overall experience was better than most places we stayed at in Provincetown. I will stay here again.

"Excellent place to stay"
I was fortunate enough to find this gem in P-town while I was there for work. The 8 Dyer Hotel is very stylish and welcoming. Brandon cooks an amazing breakfast with a lot of options to choose from and he was very helpful letting me know where to go around town and how to get back to Boston on time for my flight. He even woke up super early to make me breakfast so I would have food before I left, which I thought was amazing. There's always snacks and coffee available at the front and I felt right at home since I walked in. I got one of the upstairs bedrooms (Penthouse 2) with a fireplace, whirlpool bathtub and a King size bed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is small, but there's plenty of space for everything you need. They have great amenities and a great living room area to hang out. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone that is coming into P-town. I wish I would have been here during the summer to enjoy the pool and bikes they have.

"Great location "
This B&B is well kept and is walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable and came with lots of great little extras. Like a little room with complimentary sodas, coffee and snacks. Breakfast was very taste. Lots of choices and beautifully displayed. We were very happy with our stay. The rooms looked just like they did in the picture.

"Great Location"
Everything went smoothly, like a well-oiled machine. Since we are older and not overly outgoing it was ideal for us. A younger group of guests may prefer more organized activities. The location was ideal since the annual Carnival Parade could be watched within a few easy steps.

"Off season... Priced right... Good area"
Overall a decent stay for one night off season in Provincetown... Room was older but clean and the mattress was comfy... There was no staff there which I found strange... I saw the cleaning lady on my way out to leave the next day but there was no staff there at all to check us in or in case of issues... Our room key was left in the mailbox... Told to park behind the house but the lot said Esthers parking which had me worried my car would be towed as the signs said "towing at owners expense if parked here".. .. I called the # on our check in envelope to confirm I parked in the proper place... Never got a call back but wasnt towed either... I think a call back would of been nice... The room is older but quaint, not so bad... Our next door neighbor played a flute for about 5 hours straight which was quite annoying after the first hour, but again no staff to complain too... Our hair dryer worked great.. Sheets were clean... Plenty of towels and pillows... Great location and busy holiday weekend... Id go back there but only off season as the room isnt worth more than the $160 we paid... Really should have someone answering a phone if no staff on site due to off season...

"Nice b&b close to everything but off the main road"
We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Gary was super nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great - amazing baked goods! It was walkable to everything but a bit off the main street which was nice.
