This calm waterway is located in the Chalk Sound National Park and connected by a small inlet to the warm waters of the Caicos Banks. The indoor/outdoor screened living and dining areas, spacious outdoor patio, fire pit, and refreshing pool are surrounded by palms and tropical plants and offer a harmonious retreat to relax and recharge. Step down to Waterloo’s private dock to enjoy our island sunrises or sunny days on the chaise loungers, launch the included SUPs and kayaks, or enter the water to swim or snorkel. Two additional living areas in the home and an equipped kitchen provide ample space to enjoy your holiday with family and friends. Three private bedroom suites include a large master suite upstairs with a private deck and spa bath; a downstairs two-Twin/King (per request) suite with bath; and a detached guesthouse overlooking the pool and water with two Queen canopy beds with ensuite bath and a private outdoor shower. Step away from stress and come relax in this well-appointed island home in a peaceful and gorgeous setting situated on the quietest, private street. Bedrooms Master Bedroom: This bedroom is located on the second floor and features a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a bathtub and a small balcony with two sun loungers overlooking Silly Creek. Twin Bedroom: The Twin Bedroom is located on the first floor and has two twin beds. The bathroom with a shower is located just across the hallway. Queen Bedroom: Accessed via the patio, the third bedroom features two Queen beds and semi outdoor enclosed shower. Wifi is accessible in all rooms of the villa. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped will all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery required for six guests, plus extra. There is a gas stove, dishwasher, side by side double door refrigerator and a separate drinks refrigerator/wine cooler. The villa has a standard coffee machine requiring ground coffee and also a Keurig coffee machine. Living Room The villa has three separate sitting areas. Two sitting areas are located inside the glassed portion of the villa while the third set of sofas is located in the semi outdoor screened area. The glass sliding doors open and recess into the walls allowing the cool breeze to flow throughout the house. Patio The outdoor patio area is expansive and offers a teak outdoor dining table with six chairs, a separate sitting area with a fire pit and yet another sitting area by the pool with a large outdoor sofa. Dock Several short steps lead you down to the boardwalk and dock on Silly Creek. Here four sun loungers offer the perfect place to stretch out and relax on the water. The dock also offers the perfect place to launch the kayaks or paddleboard provided for guest use. Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 3.5ft to 4.5ft. There is no lifeguard on duty. Other Things to Note \-$150 of electricity usage is complementary with weekly rentals. Waterloo is a gorgeous villa with so many activities for everyone in the family, on a quiet neighborhood street, a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Well stocked kitchen to make incredible dinners; enjoyed the grill, lounge chairs on silly creek, fire pit, pool, SUP boards and kayaks. Fins, sunscreen, mosquito spray, pool floats and life vests all in the villa when we arrived! Property manager was easy to reach, responsive and helpful with coordinating activities. ##### Jaime O. It was incredible location a little away from the typical crowd but occupied enough to feel very safe! Being on Silly Creek allowed us to use paddle boards and kayaks and a short 2 mile drive to the beach! The property manager responded to a couple of issues quickly as well. And the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and pans to cook. The screened in porch was the highlight along with the firepit! The only slight issue we had to work through was the house layout as it says it is a 3 bed 3 bathroom house... Which by technicality it is, but those rooms are just split between two structures. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths whereas the smaller home is a 1 bedroom 1 bath. This layout might actually work perfectly for most people, but for our party, it created some issues we had to work through. Had we known the layout before, we might have chosen another property. That said, our experience was TOP NOTCH and the house and location are amazing. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was great and all the descriptions and photos were accurate. The house and all its amenities and beautiful views made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. ##### David F.
