All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.   
  
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

#### Perfect villa for relaxing family vacation.

The villa has every detail and amenity you need. High-end soap, shampoo, etc. in full-size bottles in every bathroom, kitchen. Lots of extras like laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, coffee filters, tons of top quality towels, beach towels, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen with top notch grill. 7 adults, so much room and property manager was superb in customer service. Full midweek cleaning. Super safe location. Close to sunset beach. We stay in many rentals and this is among the best.

#### Perfect Place for Peace, Fun and Relaxation!

The property was clean, modern and the attention to detail with the indoor decor, lighting, fans, etc and the outdoor area with the pool, outdoor restrooms and lighting made it an elegant and peaceful stay. The kitchen/entire home was well-stocked, spacious and every amenity was provided and considered. The guidebook was very resourceful, but some requirements and communication for check in and verification became confusing.
