Our villa is cleverly divided into three separate units, and you'll have exclusive access to your apartment with a private entrance—only the pool and parking area are shared if the other units are occupied. Nestled on a fully fenced lot surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers plenty of outdoor space, plus a fantastic enclosed pool area where you can relax when you’re not out exploring the island’s treasures. The sitting area features a comfy sofa, ideal for lounging, and a Smart TV ready for your movie nights (with basic cable channels included). The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up any meal, including a coffee maker for your morning brew, a blender for afternoon cocktails, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. The breakfast bar seats two—great for a quick bite or some laptop time (but we hope you're here to unwind!). Sliding glass doors in the kitchen open directly to the pool area. Our villa is in a great location: it is just about a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from Long Bay Beach and less than a 10-minute drive from The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, groceries and more! Guest Access: You’ll have full and exclusive access to apartment #2 within the villa. If the other units are rented, the pool area and parking are shared. The Neighborhood: The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more! Getting Around: The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is 1 parking space at the property. Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO REPAIR OR COMPENSATE FOR FLOODED UNIT! 2 days into our stay, we sat on the couch to find the 8x10 floor rug was completely saturated as the A/C compressor was flooding the unit. We called management to fix and the “on site” mgmt dropped 3 towels on the floor behind the couch, instructing my husband to “wash & dry” the towels and replace them to keep damage at bay!!! She was there less than 3 minutes and left before I could get off the phone with my father’s Emergency Room doctor (as he was in ICU). She stated they “would not be making any repairs until after we left” and we still had 5 days remaining of our stay! We complained again, sending video of the water ponding on the floor… we had no use of the living area with the TV without having our feet in ponding water. They refused to relocate us, then made another appointment for their maintenance people to look at the situation. We spent day 4 of our vacation waiting for their maintenance personnel and they no-showed, stating we “didn’t confirm the appointment”. I have the emails and texts confirming we would be waiting at the unit after 2pm… so this was a lie and an excuse. Finally, on the last day of our trip, they called again to schedule maintenance; We would not allow access while we were away from the property as there was no safe for valuables such as passports, dive computers, etc…and we had excursions planned the last day. They refused to compensate us for 5 days of flooding. ![Disgusting!
