Completely renovated with new flooring throughout the apartment, modern bathrooms including tiled walls & rain head showers and new furniture. The condo is conveniently located steps away from the pool and gorgeous beach. It is on the 1st floor, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. In an open floor design, there is a large living room, dining area and recently updated kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, Nespresso Vertuo machine, and all the dishes and utensils needed for home cooking. The large patio, accessible from 2 bedrooms and the living room, has a beautiful view of the dazzling ocean. It is a quiet and lovely spot to enjoy meals and view the acres of tropical vegetation & birds & spectacular sunrises. The condo includes 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds while the master has a new King size bed. The beds sleep 6 adults and you can also sleep 2 kids / 1 adult comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. We provide all linen, bath and beach towels. There are also 4 beach chairs, 4 sets of snorkels, a beach umbrella and cooler to use and enjoy on your beach excursions. The condo's washer/dryer will come in handy after a day at the beach and enable you to pack less clothes than usual. Board games, 2 TVs with Cable channels, an Xbox and high speed internet will provide entertainment when you unwind indoors. Centralized AC keeps the apartment refreshingly cool at a range of 72 - 84 degrees. Guests can adjust 2 zones from smart Nest thermostats. The resort is located adjacent to a nature reserve , with beautiful and natural white sandy beach with some turtle grass. You can walk for miles in either direction, watching birds & sea turtles, collecting sea shells and snorkeling. The resort is usually very quiet and has a wonderful pool and hot tub. There are loungers/ chairs and umbrellas around the pool & hot tub, and loungers/chairs and palapas at the beach and as you will often be the only people on the beach and at the pool, you will be able to truly relax and enjoy this oasis. There is a communal BBQ for guests to use anytime and kayaks are also available for use at no extra fees. The resort is gated, with a security guard walking the grounds during the night. As an extra measure of safety, we also have a camera mounted by the front door to our apartment. A car is highly recommended on the island and necessary if you are staying at Northwest Point Resort, as the resort is located 15 -20 minutes (drive) away from PLS airport, at a secluded and peaceful spot at the northern end of the island. The last 10 minutes of the drive to the resort are on a well maintained gravel road which makes needing a car essential. We are 20 minutes from famous Grace Bay where you find world renowned beaches, delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are 15 minutes away. We are pleased to provide you a 10% discount with one the leading rental companies, when you book with us. During your stay, our housekeeper will be happy to answer any questions you might have or help you in any way you need. The condo was spacious and well appointed. The location is remote and requires a car and navigating about a 2 mile dirt road. The resort is quiet and you will have the beach to yourself. Condo was well equipped with anything we needed and more. Beach and pool were great and never crowded. We really enjoyed being able to snorkel so close to shore and see lots of fish. The pool and beach were very relaxing, there were only a few people at the resort so no need to wake up early to snag chairs. There is an awesome beach around the corner, Malcolm road beach. The grounds, pool, condo and ocean were even better than the pictures. You definitely need a car. We would recommend an suv if you want to explore the island. Having the washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we cooked most of the meals with the onsight grills. We ate at Da Conch Shack which was good. This is our fourth time staying at Northwest Point and with Naomi and Raz and we love it here so much. We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the resort maintains a very quiet, relaxing, and welcoming appeal overall. The check-in process was very smooth, the hosts were very kind, communicative, and accommodating. The information provided was all extremely helpful, and the listing is very accurate. The resort’s communal gas grills were well maintained and facilitated most of our evening meals. We especially appreciated the beach toys for the kids! The location is quite remote but very easy to find, and a rental car is highly recommended. We intentionally sought this sort of experience and really appreciated the retreat after our daily excursions. The beach front of the resort is beautiful and great for lounging, but offers limited swimming access due to the resident coral and seaweed. This said, just a leisurely 5-minute stroll north along the beach and you’ll find an amazing spot for swimming and wading where the coral and water naturally clears for a stretch, exposing a beautiful and gradual sandy bottom. Highly recommended for couples and families alike, seeking a peaceful getaway. We hope to be back again someday! ##### Craig G. The property is located at one end of the island - surrounded by nature and a glorious expanse of private beach with no one (aside from people at Northwest Point) as far as the eye can see. The beach is literally a 30 second walk from the front door of the apartment, unless you choose to stop at the restaurant or the pool on the way.The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It was clean, bright, beautiful and very well-stocked. Naomi and Raz were incredibly communicative, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. The island is so small that nothing is ever far away, and the apartment's location means that you're far away from the noise and traffic of the rest of the island.We loved everything about our stay at Northwest Paradise, and hope that we'll be back again! ##### James W. Naomi was super helpful with the check in process and tips for our stay! The condo was super clean and had everything a family would need, including a wonderful patio. We rented a car and drove to different beaches and parts of town during our stay, which was really nice! We didn’t mind the 25 minute drive into town because it gave us an opportunity to really see the island. It was helpful that the condo had beach chairs, a cooler, beach toys and snorkel sets for our beach days! We loved coming back home to a safe and quiet resort at the end of the day. The pool at the condo was amazing and even though the beach at the condo wasn’t the best for swimming, it was nice for evening walks and morning runs! This property was absolutely stunning. Its a perfect place to stay with the whole family. The check in process was easy. The property is clean and has everything you could need. Pleanty of beach chairs, beach toys, games, towels, pillows, blankets and a well stocked kitchen. Instructions for the property were helpful, and made it easy to plan for the stay. The beaches are secluded and wonderful to explore. The northwest point is a must see. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub, which we were almost always the only ones there. The restaurant on site was awesome after a long day of travel. You will jeed a rental car, and definitely stop at the grocery store before heading down to the condo as its quite a ways away but trust me when I say its worth it. We will be booking here again for our next visit to TCI. I cant say enough good things about this condo. You will not be disappointed! ##### Laura E. This property is just as described. Very nice, very quiet and peaceful, and property is in good condition. Clean. Well stocked kitchen that met all our needs. Beach was also just as advertised. Not as nice of a beach as Grace bay, as the reef is a little further from shore and so there is more of a length for the waves to build here, and the water is not quite as clear. Still great for walking the beach for miles. Saw turtles on most every walk. Pool area and hot tub are nice as well. On site restaurant worked well for a quick meal. Good food. We drove to other parts of the island on many occasions. This is what most renters need to be aware of. It didn’t bother us, but it is a 20-30 minute drive to any store or restaurant. 30 minute drive to Grace Bay Area. Loved the condo and overall very happy with our week stay there. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The pictures we saw prior to booking were very accurate. The cost was reasonable. The property was lovely. The hot tub was the most utilized space on the property. There was too much sea grass on the beach to enjoy that part of the property, but a short walk up the shoreline proved to be spectacular. The restaurant and bar on the property are totally underrated. The meals we had there were so good and reasonably priced. The kitchen in the condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. We rented a jeep rubicon that allowed us to travel around the island and checkout so many amazing beaches and the full culture of the island. The condo gave us a quiet place to land each evening to play games, watch movies, and recharge. The condo is about 15 minutes from Da Conch Shack (highly recommend) about 20 minutes from Chalk Sound and other beaches on the calmer side of the island and about 30 minutes from Grace Bay. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions along the way. The residents at the property and the other guests were so welcoming and fun.
