  • Ninety-Nine Steps Villa is a recently remodeled private retreat located approximately two minutes on foot from Grace Bay Beach. Set within a gated property, the villa combines a convenient Grace Bay location with a private pool and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for families and groups of up to eight guests.

    The villa’s open-concept living and dining area provides a relaxed central space for the group, while the full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home. The sleeping configuration includes three enclosed bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping area: one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a loft with two full-size beds.

    Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun deck, shaded dining space, outdoor bar, built-in gas grill, fire pit, and Sonos sound system. An outdoor shower provides a convenient place to rinse off after returning from the beach.

    Beach days are especially easy at Ninety-Nine Steps Villa. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a portable cooler, wagon, and other beach essentials are provided for the short walk to Grace Bay’s white sand and turquoise water.
