Fifth time’s a charm

We have been coming to TC for many years and this place is one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. When you stay here, you’ll want for nothing. Location, cleanliness, space, amenities, host, etc. when we return to TC in the future, we will definitely be staying at Caribbean Diamonds.

Comfortable condo

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here! Nice and quiet area, close to town. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided. You definitely need a car to get around.

An Amazing Property in Leeward---Simply the Best

This property is simply perfect. It is uber clean and very modern. The bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living areas are awesome. The property is close to everything on the island. We easily drove to every restaurant and multiple beaches every day. Sunset beach is close to the property and is first class too. There is also pool and hot tub at the property. Communication with the owner was super responsive. We look forward to returning to this awesome property. This property is simply the best.

Nice Condo Community and Pool

We had issues with the fire alarm going off 5 days in a row, it was solved on day 6 and we were given 100.00 refund which we feel was not near enough for the inconvenience of leaving our unit at 10:20am for 6 days, ( the last day was because we weren’t sure it was solved and it was deafening in our unit). The unit was very clean and it was nice having a washer/dryer in our unit! Could use more dishes, only 2 coffee cups, we ran the dishwasher more often than would have been necessary. Pool and grounds were beautiful!

Great rental!

The rental is as depicted in the listing. I love the location. You can easily walk to the beach but there is ample parking at the nearest beach and others if you prefer to drive or try a few different spots. The house was very well stocked with all the things that you don't want to bring with you but are crazy to buy full boxes of (dish washer tabs, coffee, paper towels....). The hosts responded back to me answering a ton of questions within hours of each out reach. Great location!

Close to many things . Good supply of beach gear .Housekeeping didn't tell host of slow drain in shower , we hoped we could get thru our vacation without being inconvenienced or disturbed . The fourth day , shower backed up, big mess in bathroom and bedroom. Talked to host , host called plumber, we waited for plumber , canceled dinner plans , night lost .Plumber removed hair in drain from previous guests. Host to have housekeeping clean next day , we cleaned up mess too . Poorly stocked kitchen coffee, tea , salt , and pepper. Had to bring in chairs from patio for more comfortable seating . Asked for late checkout was told a guest coming latter that day , checked unit was rented out 3 days later .

Better than expected

We expected this to be a great place but it exceeded all expectations! We were overly needy but Adam was there every question! The place is extremely clean, the bed fantastically comfortable, shower very refreshing and kitchen appropriately stocked. Wi-Fi fast and easy entry with door code. Guest Netflix also nice because who remembers those passwords???! The wireless bedside chargers and lights was a nice, added touch. The light from the complex does come through the blinds at night but never bothered us as we were too tired. If that's something that bothers you, fyi. Also the Keurig was stocked with decaf only, perhaps leftovers from prior guests. Easy enough to purchase though. A fun discovery was the light built into the headboard! You must try it, esp when watching TV. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to stay here!

Loved the accommodations, owner was super helpful, very close to some of the best beaches on Grace Bay. Air conditioning was superb. Only downside was could use blackout curtains and maybe a few more channels on tv.

Great Decor and Privacy

The condo is located in Leeward, which is one of the best locations with awesome beaches nearby. You will need a rental car to get around the island, but the best beaches are within walking distance. The condo is very nicely decorated, private, quiet and comfortable. The hosts responded immediately every step of the way during our rental. We had one very minor issue and they came within an hour to correct. We have stayed previously at hotels and villas on the island and this condo is perfect for a couple that wants privacy and relaxation after a long day at the beach and exploring the island.

Great rental! Very comfy and cool chic decor

The property is exactly as advertised. It is located in Leeward, which we were aware. A rental car is required, (strongly recommended), which we knew in advance. You can walk 5-7 min to beach access or load up the rental car, parking available. Very nice stretch of beach on Grace Bay & Leeward beach, Pelican beach area, not huge crowds and 10 min beach walk to beach restaurants etc From the beginning of the reservation, through to the end, the property owner was in communication. They provided detailed tips prior to arriving, and the check-in process simple and easy, as well as checkout. We were left with 4 separate contact numbers if we had any issues. We had no issues. The unit itself was a beautiful 1 bedroom unit, very tastefully decorated and cool marble floors. The kitchen had full size appliances, large fridge with ice maker which was very nice. Bedroom with TV and comfy king size bed was nice. Those who like a fan to sleep, will be happy with ceiling fans which push a lot of air. Main living room had nice TV with Netflix guest account to watch shows or stream music, which we did. Nice enough sound system with it to listen to some southing music at the end of the day. Bathroom was lovely, rain fall shower head was nice, and relaxing after a day in the sun. My overall summary of decor fixtures etc would be, very chic. Top notch. The extras were nice as well, having beach chairs (super comfy ones) and umbrella with wagon to get to the beach, as well as a nice size umbrella is such a nice add on. Included as well were 3 different size coolers and two sets of snorkel and flippers and nice beach towels.. Tip: check out the Pelican beach off of Nightjar Road just a few blocks towards the beach from the rental. Not a super snorkel spot, but one of the best beaches on the island in my opinion. Overall the unit is 5 star. Adam the person I communicated from the minute I reserved the rental was 5 star. Responded within minutes if I had any questions. Simply a 5 star experience! Note: We’ve been to the island 16 times, rented from approximately 9 different locations, from Condos, to hotel and villas.
