Rated #1 On Trip Advisor. OLEANDER VILLA is a one room 320 square feet studio apartment located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas). Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost! Oleander Villa is located on the ground floor and has one king bed and includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender (there is no stove) and a private bathroom. You can walk out from the villa directly onto the pool deck. Oleander Villa is ideal for couples or singles and is great value, making for an ideal choice. Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Oleander Villa is located amongst tropical, landscaped gardens beside one of the centrally located swimming pools. There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Sarah and I live on island full time. We're always here to help and answer any questions you may have. Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away. We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc. Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport. If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time! Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We recommend Glorias taxi and you can pre book your transfer with them prior to your arrival. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us. Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area. We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the any crowds! Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, Baci, Simones, Magnolia & More). Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around. Please remember that we drive on the left! My husband and I booked this villa for an anniversary and babymood trip! Due to it being off-season things were very quiet and we had the beach to ourselves. That made for a really enjoyable stay. The location of the villa is a few miles from the action of Grace Bay which is nice if you are looking for a more quiet and peaceful vacation. We booked this place last minute and it was exactly as described online. It was a small little villa with a few other units tucked away from the chaos of the big hotel chains. There is a small pool with loungers and a hammock. We found two of our favorite restaurants that we frequented almost every day about a mile away. Highly recommend Sharkbite for dinner. Its amazing. We took the host's recommendation and rented a car. I would highly suggest doing this as I did not see many taxis. Right across the street is a path to a quiet beach and reef. Bring your snorkel gear! Would definitely stay here again. ##### Melissa C. I asked if I could check in early and they were quick to accommodate me. Our bed was made everyday which was so nice after coming back from the heat outside. The property was very centralized and there are great food options that we could walk to. I love that there was dedicated parking for our rental car. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with a good selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Beach access was super easy and very close to Smiths Reef if your intent is snorkeling. The hosts were very communicative and the place was very clean. Great value for the price! My only suggestion would be to provide a small amount of coffee for the first day there. There is a little cafe barely seven minutes up the road but always nice not to have to get dressed before your morning caffeine. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The beach was very close and private. Beach towels are provided so don't bring those and save space in your luggage! It was more relaxing than being at a larger resort with many people. Hurricane Oscar flooded our unit the morning we were supposed to leave, but the owner and his staff were amazing. Also, Luz was a gem. She was always accessible and helpful. The small appliances and utensils (cutlery, wine/bottle opener, toaster, microwave and mini fringe and chest for ice) were very much appreciated for use when we wanted stay at the villa and not have to take a taxi to dine out. Had a wonderful stay at the Oleander Villa.. The pool by our villa was not open but Luz showed us to the other pool on the third day. We spent most of our time down at the beach. Bring snorkeling gear or you can rent it on the island. The private area on the beach has umbrellas as well as lounge chairs and the reefs are just a 100 yards away. Amazing fish and reef life to explore. The villa was clean and the bed was comfortable . ##### Shannon R. Wood was rotting at door, in bathroom and shower. Shower ceiling had black smudges. The entry and bathroom rugs were worn and torn. The soap dish and cup were chipped. The pool areas need a fresh coat of paint. Small bugs in bath but that could be because on island. Beach access was good. ##### KIM H. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. Poor soundproofing, folks in upper unit very loud starting at 6 am and one hears every footstep. OK for a one-night stay but we cannot imagine staying much longer than that. Definitely would stay in the complex again, but not in the Oleander which is not a villa at all but a room with bathroom. Might work well if a larger group rents upper Bougainvillea Villa and use Oleander as overflow. ##### Dagmar K. The Oleander Villa was the ideal place for my husband and I. Beautiful, well maintained, comfortable, very clean and quiet and away from the big resorts and mass of tourists. Equipped with a safe, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, cable tv and air conditioner. The pool is just outside the front door, the private beach is a short walk thru a gate across the street where you can find chairs and umbrellas for the exclusive use of guests. There is a very small reef to the right of the beach and Smith's Reef is a bit of a walk to the left of the beach. We went to TCI specific for the snorkel and those were decent spots, besides the Bight, to do it if the water is not choppy. There are a few restaurants close by - SharkBite and Mango Reef are the best (steer clear of Baci). The housekeeper, Luz, is the best and a delight. She came to our villa every day for fresh towels (they also supply with beach towels), gave us the number of a friendly and super reliable taxi driver and both helped us with anything we needed. Be prepared to either use a transportation service or have your own car to get around (they drive on the left side of the road) and bring plenty of cash and money to spend. Prices of services and goods on Turks and Caicos are elevated but we absolutely loved the place. ##### ISABEL C.
