Rated #1 On Trip Advisor. JACARANDA VILLA is a large 2500 square feet 3 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas). Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost! Jacaranda Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second master with queen bed, a twin bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living room (so will accommodate up to ten guests), second bathroom, a full spacious kitchen, large living room area, large dining room and fully screened in porch which overlooks the pool. Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge. Jacaranda Villa is located among tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to our swimming pool. There is beach access from the villa. Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it. You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean. Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please. Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away. We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc. Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport. If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time! Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us. Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area. We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the any crowds! Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More). Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around. Please remember that we drive on the left! Having kayaks on-site to paddle around the canal and along the shoreline was super convenient and easy getting in and out of the water. The family-friendly pool right outside was fun for the kids. What a beautiful place! I usually go into any stay thinking the photos will be some sort of exaggeration but they were not--glorious, spacious, comfortable. The villa and grounds were just as lovely as the photos show. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a 3-generation group, teens to seniors. It was great to be so close to the beach (and so close to Smith's Reef for fun snorkelling). Although there are a few places to eat and breakfast coffee around the corner, we suggest renting a car. (Bring or borrow snorkeling gear for the reef around the bend.) The grounds around the property are incredible! Short walk to a beautiful quite beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up. The villa was much larger than I expected and was cleaned daily to cut down on the sand that inevitably gets tracked in. She was always accessible and quickly responded when called upon. We rented a vehicle to get around the island. For half of my group we were returning to this exact villa. Everything was convenient especially the ocean directly across the street. Someone came in everyday to either remove the trash, replace the towels, or change the bedding. I will definitely return to this place. It is like returning home. ##### Leslie T. Initially we searched for beachfront properties but were not liking our options. We came across this rental and learned there are 8 total units available which made this gem the perfect spot for our group of three families to retreat. We loved the quick walk to the beach, quiet pool at our door step, short walk to amazing snorkeling with gear provided. We regularly made the quick drive to the grocery store and walked to Turtle Cove to enjoy multiple restaurants. We also enjoyed a boat charter for a trip out to the reef and over to iguana island before catching the sunset from the boat. Highly recommend this vrbo! ##### Dena K. We asked our kids their favorite place to stay so far they said the Villa! So much space for our family of 5\. Private and beautiful grounds. Felt as if we were at home on this private road. Quick walk or bike ride to a few restaurants and cafe. Quick drive to all the spots we love on the island. The walk to the beach on a private shaded path took less than 2 minutes. There is a reef when you swim straight out from the beach that was so alive with colorful coral and so many fish. To the left was Smiths reef where we saw sea turtles. The Villa had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be back! ##### Cammy G. We stayed in the Jacaranda Villa and it could not have been more perfect. We were two couples and two toddlers. The access to the beach was phenomenal and the pool was right outside the patio door (which locks well and was easy to monitor to make sure the girls didn’t sneak out). I especially loved the pool when they were napping and didn’t have to stay cooped up inside the villa. They had pack and play beds, high chairs and pool/beach toys. The bbq area was great the few nights we ate in. The housekeeper Luz and her team were wonderful and quick to attend to anything we needed, which wasn’t much since they have it all! But clean towels everyday was a god send. This villa also has a w/d. I simply cannot recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be back! ##### Nicole F. We have 4 young adults and one teen. The pull out couch is in a separate room so my daughter who slept there had her own space. The kitchen has everything you need so we could enjoy cooking together. The daily housekeeping was such a nice touch. The pool is right out the door so it felt like a private pool. Being close to Smiths reef is a bonus. We saw lots of turtles and even an eagle ray. We woke up early to watch the sunrise on the beach almost every day. And what an amazing beach. You can walk for miles. We used the provided snorkeling gear, bikes and kayaks. And ate within walking distance at mango reef, shark bite and the Hideaway. Diane from the hideaway cooked dinner for us one night as well. The ease of this villa made for a very relaxing vacation for mom and dad!! ##### Julie M. I cant say enough about the time my family and I had over xmas break. The villa was fantastic for us. There were 7 of us. The villa is ideal for 6, but the fold out bed(s) in the front room were great for our 7th. The location of the villa on the property, the privacy, the pool, the screened in porch, and the ease of access to the beach were all fantastic. The cleaning crew came every day and were extremely pleasant and polite. The hosts were excellent too. They responded quickly to messages on VRBO and were very helpful whenever I had a question or an issue. We rented a large SUV and the parking spot was right next to the entrance to the villa. Im not sure if there is a second spot that can be used if you have multiple cars, but I don't suspect that is a typical scenario. This was our second trip to Turks. The first time we stayed at Beaches and it was great. This time we wanted to experience more of the island so we rented Jacaranda and I will say that when we go back we will try to rent it again. ##### Thomas H.
