Our first week we spent in a private home in Leeward and our second week in this condo in Grace Bay. This condo is just as pictured. Clean, recently renovated and has a very well stocked kitchen. It is a short walk (maybe 5-7 mins) to the beach access. The condo has beach chairs and umbrellas available which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very accommodating about our check in and touched base to make sure all was well after we had settled in. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. The screen porch was way bigger than we thought it would be and we spent most of our time out there when not on the beach. The location is great, within walking distance of everything you could need, including the Graceway Gourmet grocery store. While more expensive than the IGA, the convenience was worth it for last minute things. It is worth noting that all beaches in Turks and Caicos are public. ##### Mark L. The condo was impressive, I had no trouble finding it and getting into our room. It's located in the heart of Grace Bay and mercy a 3-5 minute walk to the beach via public access. Lots of shops and restaurants abound for all your needs. The pool was very nice, my kids enjoyed it very much and everyone from TKCA was very pleasant and friendly, a pleasure to deal with.
