Super responsive host, which is always the most important thing. Minimal needs to communicate but when we did it was easy and addressed :) location is convenient! Stairway is a bit narrow but that’s about it :)

This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant. The unlevel floors left me feeling disoriented—almost like being half-drunk—much of the stay.Low Ceiling ClearanceThe photos show a pitched roof, but not how low it actually is. I am 5'6" and repeatedly hit my head. Taller guests should take note.Bathroom StorageWe knew the bathroom was small, but with three females in our group of four, the lack of counter space was a real issue. The only shelf is directly over the toilet.Ice & StairsThe steep, narrow stairs were fine on their own. However, after a 4-hour drive, we hauled our groceries up all those flights on a hot summer day, only to find no ice maker and zero ice trays in the freezer. Having to immediately walk back down and up those steep stairs just to buy ice was a frustrating oversight easily fixed with a 2 ice tray.Overall, it is clean and accurate, but guests should be aware of these structural quirks and missing basic amenities.

I stayed here while I was visiting Providence for the World Cup. It was affordable, close enough to the centre and Federal Hill for me to enjoy the fun, far enough away for it to be quiet, Ubers were really reasonable so I didn’t feel like I was far out at all.
