It’s easy to back a boat trailer or 2 in and you have outside power. Carlos is an exceptional host he is immediately responsive to any needs. The description lists a room with a double bed and 2 singles but there is only 1 single so if you have four you should bring a cot or use the sofa. The house has plenty of room. It was very clean. All of the appliances worked. The beds were comfortable. They provide 2 grills for grilling and floats to enjoy the lake. My husband brought his boat. The boat ramp on site was wonderful. We will be booking again. ##### Michelle M. We were grateful for an early check-in. Enjoyed a beautiful boat ride on the lake and lunch at Nacho Margaritas. Our dogs enjoyed the dock and lake. The house was ok. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and more care taken. Large grill was falling apart. Fire pit had all kinds of junk in it. Litter around dock. Basically it needs some TLC. ##### Marsha S. It was awesome to have a dock to keep a JetSki and boat. Plenty of parking for our cars and trailers. A good value for the cost per night. There was a boat ramp on the property, but it wasn’t usable since it was small. but there was a Public ramp only a few yards away. They have a nice screen room, but it was raining when we got there and there was a leak in the ceiling so the furniture was wet. Once it dried we use the screen room all the time to watch TV. We would’ve liked TV in the bedrooms but other than that the bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the cookware was a little old and scratched. We have already booked again for next year and you can’t beat the waterfront. ##### Harold W.
