The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for 4,000 dinars at one meal for drinks (non alcoholic). The reception staff was rude about the bill and said it’s only the drinks from the machine or pitchers but there weren’t any. THERE WASNT A BUFFET. I’d like to also mention how horrible it looked to see one staff member of Asian decent working very hard cleaning the floors and keeping the entire hotel clean and constantly working while the remaining staff members were sitting around smoking.

"Rooms smell like public bathrooms , I don’t know where was smell coming from but could not able sleep, stayed only sort time ( passing through via highway) .. also towels wear down , perfect location for travelers via car but smell is awful.. hope they will improve this problem so I can stay ..."

"There is no double bed evan i booked one,parking on the street which you have to pay ,there no elevator whit very narrow stairs, excellent location but if you have partner or spouse you will sleep in seperate beds,not coming back"
