Disappointing for a 5-Star Hotel, Saved Only by Location & Massages The hotel is clearly outdated and in need of a serious makeover. While the staff was generally polite, the overall service level did not match 5-star expectations. Housekeeping was particularly disappointing. On many occasions things were forgotten: trash left behind, bed linen not changed despite a specific request, missing tea cups, and other small but frequent oversights. These issues happened far too often to be considered isolated incidents. Guest relations were always apologetic, but the responses felt somewhat clumsy and superficial. The SPA itself was fine, but the massages were excellent — truly the highlight of our stay and the one area where we were genuinely very pleased. Breakfast was acceptable, but again not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel in terms of quality or variety. Dining overall was a poor experience; by that point we simply accepted the reality and tried to stay positive. On the positive side, the location is great, which is a major advantage. Overall, this hotel falls well short of its 5-star rating. With proper renovations and better attention to service details, it could improve significantly — but as it stands, expectations should be adjusted.

Oda bakımsızdı. Jakuzi, havuz, spa ve saunanın checkin yaptığımız sırada tadilatta olduğu bilgisini verdiler, bunun yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum. Eğer böyle bir durum varsa öncesinde bildirmeleri gerekiyordu. Şehir merkezine daha yakın konumda benzer özelliklere sahip daha uygun fiyatlı başka opsiyonları değerlendirebilirdik. Bu durumda hem çok yüksek bir ücret Ödemiş olduk hem de şehir merkezinde değildik hem de wellness imkanı sunmadılar. Ayrıca oda sıcaklığı asla ayarlanmıyordu, kışın ortasında 23 derece olduğu görünen odada üşüyerek uyuyup uyandık. Sıcaklığı yükseltmeye çalıştığımızda otomatik olarak 23’e düşürdü. Bir diğer nokta kaldığımız ikinci gece hotelde sular akmıyordu, çalışmıyordu. Duş alamadık ve banyo kullanılamazdı. Son derece yanlış ve uygunsuz bir durum daha yaşamış olduk. Asla tercih edilmemesi gereken bir hotel.

You can't advertise SPA CENTRE at the hotel - when is closed . The sole reason for booking this hotel is that they are offering SPA centre within hotel as a part of the stay . At the hotel they simply said it's closed until the end of the month . What a waste of money , the hotel management is not good at all , its Christmas, festive season and there is absolutely nothing happening at the hotel , no any even most modest entertainment - nothing . All you get is a very expensive room . Very disappointing place .

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location and the entire staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The director of customer service (manager) was outstanding and addressed any of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great with a ton of options and was amazing. The rooftop restaurant was lovely. I only walked through the spa but it, too, was over the top wonderful and had everything you could possibly want. I travel extensively, and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation. I don't think you can do much better than this hotel in all of Belgrade.

el hotel es muy bueno, esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, en general lo recomiendo, el unico problema es que hay mucho trafico en las calles que lo rodean, entonces llegar en auto lleva mucho tiempo y no tiene espacio para que estacione el taxi y se suban o bajen maetas.
