"This property is lovely and the house and parking areas were very spacious. Unfortunately for us, the dock that was pictured on the site had been replaced with a dock that did not meet our needs (and the dock information had not been updated on VRBO). We called the property manager and she was very helpful and accommodating. This would be a great place to stay if you don’t spend much time on the dock."

"We enjoyed the peaceful, family-friendly setting of this property. The quiet cove was perfect for relaxing, and the private dock was excellent for our fishing boat. Our kids spent hours swimming off the dock, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.That said, there were a few things that made the stay more difficult than we expected. Cell service in the area was extremely limited, which made navigating an unfamiliar area challenging. We had trouble finding the boat launch the host recommended and attempted to reach out multiple times for guidance but didn't receive a response, which was frustrating.I also mistakenly expected there to be a washer and dryer. That's on me if I misread the listing, but it was a big disappointment for our family during a longer stay.The location itself is very secluded, which is great if you're looking for peace and quiet. However, we found that restaurants, marinas, and other attractions were much farther away than anticipated, both by boat and by car, and the poor cell service made getting around even more difficult.One small suggestion would be to clear out some of the owners' personal belongings. There were items stored in drawers and under the bed, including pet supplies, which made the space feel less like a vacation rental and more like someone had just stepped out for the weekend.Overall, if you're looking for a quiet getaway w a great dock & a place where kids can safely swim and play, this property n delivers!"

"Overall this house was great. The dock does not have a jumping platform like the photo shows but it did have 4 paddle boards, three single kayaks and a bunch of beach towels. It was perfect for our large group of 16. Sleeping arrangements were just as expected. We had one issue with the AC going out on the first full day of our stay. It was 78 in the house at 9:30 and we reached out. Communication was not the best but once we got confirmation that an AC company was on the way around 1 everything went smoothly. It was fixed and we were back in the cool that evening."

"Everything about this property was superb. Was especially nice being able to park my truck and motorcycle inside the garage and out of the weather. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted. The view was great, and the surroundings peaceful and quiet. Nice being in a relatively still-water, no-wake Cove for privacy and enjoyment when relaxing in the Dock in the a.m. and at Sunset. Owners boat is parked in their one Slip, but there are tie-downs for parking a boat alongside the Dock. Overall,, a fantastic experience!! Thanks, Sherry!!!"
