This house is located in beautiful peninsula Privlaka near ancient city of Zadar and just 3km from old,historical city Nin.  
Privlaka is surrounded by long sandy beaches.  
This house is located on the top location,first row to the sea with beautiful sea view from terrace.  
Very big fenced garden of 1500m2 is on your disposal.  
  
This villa consist of three apartments, one 3-bedrooms on the ground floor ,and two 2-bedrooms on the first floor.  
On the ground floor are 3-bedrooms ( two of them has double bed and one is with 2 separate beds), 3 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, living room and terrace with amazing sea view.  
On the first floor there are two apartments, both of them has 2-bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two separate beds, bathroom, full equipped kitchen , living room and terrace with wonderful sea view.
