This beautiful stone house with pool is located in Privlaka in Zadar County. The place abounds in long, shallow, sandy beaches that are perfect for family tourism.

Villa Mediteran is only 250 m away from the beautiful sandy beach, so from the balcony you can enjoy in a soothing view of the sea and islands. The villa consists of ground floor and first floor, and can accommodate up to 5 people. The ground floor has two bedrooms with shared bathroom. Stairs lead you to the upper floor where there is a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and another bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a high wall so complete privacy is ensured. In the yard is a private pool with the possibility of heating. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a barbecue to enjoy in traditional Mediterranean specialties.
