Brand new house, built 2021\. Combination of Mediterranean architecture and top equipment. 750 m from the sea and the sand beach, with a garden of 1000 m2\. The exterior architecture of the house is reminiscent of the traditional Dalmatian style of the house, the interior modern, with elements of rustic. The covered terrace of 40 m2 is the perfect choice for enjoying summer evenings. The peculiarity of this house: the view of the church of St. Vida from the 14th century, view of the sea and Velebit. Bowling alley, children's playground, sandpit.  
  
The house is spread over 115 m2 on 2 floors. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet. Floor: 3 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, balcony. The covered terrace of 40 m2 is the perfect choice for enjoying summer evenings.
