There was more than enough space for 3 adults and 2 teens and the common area and outdoor seating was plentiful and comfortable. My husband, our three young children and my dad and step mom were so impressed by how beautiful and comfortable Surf Hale is. It fit everyone’s needs perfectly and we all had plenty of room. Despite being in a neighborhood, our stay was very quiet. The house was stocked beyond our expectations with beach towels, beach equipment, kitchen tools, and necessities. It was incredibly clean and everything was in working order. To my amazement, the property managers sent John right over to collect our garbage when it wasn’t picked up by the trash collectors. John is so nice and we had a great chat! The air conditioning was a huge bonus as so many other Kauai rentals do not have a/c. This house was the perfect home base for my family of five. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed.
