    PLEASE NOTE

    For light sleepers: This ground-floor condo is located within a condo community. At times, you may hear neighbors walking outside or occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit when occupied.

    Extended stays: Reservations longer than 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, especially since there is no guest laundry onsite or elsewhere on the North Shore. A $125 cleaning fee will be requested separately after booking, and includes fresh linens and complete towel exchange.

    Complimentary beach gear is provided for guest convenience and is used at your own risk. By booking, guests accept responsibility and waive claims related to gear use.

The unit was exactly as described. It was well maintained. We enjoyed that it was close to the walking path. The bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay.

Jasmine was a hospitable, thoughtful host. She offered to compensate us with a gift card because of unexpected construction nearby which she did not have to do. She was a great communicator and we had everything we needed. The additional gear such as beach chairs and umbrella were also such a nice addition to our stay. Would come back again.

Beautiful space. Perfect size for the two of us for a two night stay. Communication with Jasmine was very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook.
