Cute, Peaceful Budget-Minded Studio Condo with full kitchen and Hawaiian Decor

Located on the Princeville Resort Makai Golf Course, this peaceful, Hawaiian style 600 Sq Ft condo has a private lanai, dedicated parking and a pool on site. Between the golf course and the lanai is the Queen's Carriage tree tunnel trail where you can walk in about 5 minutes to a secluded stretch of Anini Beach where you can swim and snorkel. Numerous world class surf spots including Hanalei Bay, Anini Beach, and Kalihiwai Beach are a 10 minute drive. You can walk to the Princeille Shopping Center, the Princeville Library, or the park in 10 minutes or less.



Recently remodeled with a brand new bathroom and kitchen, new furniture and Island style décor, this is one of the better deals in Princeville. There is a privacy wall by the bed separating the bed from the living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a washer & drier, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster and is stocked with a variety of kitchen utensils, place settings for 8, and a full size refrigerator. We are located in the back of Paniolo in one of the most peaceful locations. Our quaint condo is the perfect romantic getaway for couples.

Perfect vacation retreat

What a great little condo: Perfect location-able to walk to stores, walking paths, a trail down to the beach. We really appreciated the cleanliness and calm. The kitchen was well-equipped, bed comfy, bathroom spacious. Don't hesitate to choose this condo for all or some of your island stay- this is a great launching pad to enjoy all the island has to offer and provides a comfrotable retreat to rest and recharge!

Short North Shore Stay

Hawaiian getaway

We had an incredible stay! This place is in a great location and is a short drive to everything you could want or need. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we really enjoyed the quiet lanai surrounded by lush gardens. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is a great place and I'd stay here again anytime. The traditional Hawaiian decor was great and the birdsong in the morning was so nice. Super clean, helpful host. And I appreciated the beach gear that was available. Great location on the north shore, just 10 minutes from Hanalei.

A great vacation getaway in Princeville

We had a great stay here - the place was in a beautiful area of Kauai and we really had a great time. We hiked, kayaked, snorkelled, and just drank in the beauty of the island. We even didn’t mind the omnipresent chickens - albeit their 4:00 am wake-up calls were a bit ill-timed.

Beautiful property with above and beyond what might be needed for a week's stay. beach toys, spices and condiments, great wifi, easy access to beaches, hikes, and even walking distance to foodland. The pool was lovely too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great VRBO in Princeville

We loved this comfortable and cozy condo which was a great base from which we could explore the beautiful north shore of Kauai. It was beautifully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and bathroom so very nice. Quiet and an excellent location in Princeville.

Perfect condo for 2

Communication with owners was excellent. Lock box easy access. Condo was perfect for my husband and I. Had everything you need. Loved the beach chairs,snorkels fins and umbrella. I would definitely stay there again.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I had a great stay for our tenth anniversary. The area was fantastic and we had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication from the host as there were some disruptions that occurred that were outside her control. Additionally she reimbursed us for some times when there was construction on the second floor. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

Enjoyed cozy end unit with lanai surrounded by tropical foliage. Light and airy with windows open, thoughtful floorplan with separate dining and sitting area.
