Breathtaking Oceanfront Condo

Downstairs master bedroom has A/C, kitchenette, and a private entrance

Fully stocked kitchen, including DeLonghi espresso machine, Instant Pot, Vitamix blender (for the BEST smoothies), and other kitchen gadgets

Baby ready: crib and high chair

Our condo has a 2nd floor master bedroom and three ground floor bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, the 2nd downstairs bedroom has queen bed and ocean views, the 3rd downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (one of which is a trundle bed).

A queen size sofa sleeper is located in the living room.

Kitchen Amenities include an Instant Pot, Vitamix Blender, rice cooker, griddle, ceramic coated pans, cast iron pan, hand mixer, mini-food processor, and all sorts of kitchen utensils and gadgets.

Compact washer/dryer in unit.

The front lanai, kitchen, dining room, and living room on the 2nd floor all look out at the Pacific Ocean. Two bedrooms and a lanai look out at the Pacific Ocean on the first floor.

The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, two hot tubs, bicycle available for rent, and much more.

Main entrance to our condo is on the 2nd floor, which means one flight of stairs to climb to get to the front door.

The Cliffs resort is located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. It is perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best golfing, plenty of sandy beaches - many remote and private - waterfalls, and exquisite dining.

There are over 20 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. Or you can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls. 45 holes of championship golf await those who enjoy that sport. Or you can just relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue. There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging from simple to elegant.

Whether you are looking to relax and enjoy the views, golf at the top ranked Makai golf course, or go on spectacular hikes, the north shore of Kauai has it all!

Beautiful spot

This was an excellent condo with amazing views. We were extremely comfortable and our family (children and grandchildren) were very happy. Wine and chocolates as a welcome gift and coffee beans for the very cool coffee maker. We hope to return some day!

Stunning views, amazing luxury condo

This has been one of our favorite stays. We have stayed the the Princeville Cliffs before, but this 4 bedroom unit, RIGHT on the Oceanside, is a new kind of luxury we really enjoyed! Highly recommended for family vacationing!

WOW!!!! The view is spectacular.

We were a group of friends celebrating birthdays and an anniversary. We feel in love with the house and the area. We spent breakfast on the patio watching for whales and dolphins. The house was perfect for us with the large 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We will be back.

Perfect for a family

Our family stayed here for a week with 2 small children. We found the kitchen very well stocked and there was everything you needed to go to the beach and pool. The grounds and facilities are very well taken care of and our place was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Amazing vacation experience!

The location is unbelievably beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay where we enjoyed great food and of course shave ice! We had so much fun going to the beaches, snorkeling and then enjoying the resort pool and tennis courts. This was a perfect family trip. Loved it!!!

Even Better Than Described

Our family, including 6 adults and 2 kids had the time of our lives. This was an amazing home with a stunning view. Everything you need for the beach available including snorkeling gear, boogie boards, chairs a beach umbrella. So impressed by the hospitality of the host and the on-sight management.

We had a great time! View is spectacular. The condo is perfectly appointed with and everything you could need. I was a bit surprised by how small the kitchen and living areas were for how many the unit sleeps. But it was still comfy for our party of 8.

Dreamy vacation stay

We had the most incredible stay. The Oceanview is unlike any other. It's not everyday that you can whale watch while eating breakfast on the patio.The condo itself had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, & it perfectly accommodated our group of 5 adults 3 kids. We so appreciate all of the beach equipment available for use. It made our stay fun and memorable.The location was fabulous, the on site amenities were great, and the sunset views were unmatched. Albert was wonderful to communicate with. Very kind, understanding, and prompt to respond.CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO ENOUGH.

50th wedding anniversary family gathering

What a wonderful way for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family! Albert was so easy to work with and responded to communication immediately. We had beautiful views of the ocean, several rainbows everyday plus giving us a way to enjoy the atmosphere of Princeville and what it has to offer. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We all had our own bedrooms where we could find a bit of private time when needed. Wonderful property!!!

Our family, my husband and I with our three adult children and their partners, stayed at this fabulous unit in Princeville. Very accurate description of the unit, such a well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Everything you need for an island vacation in Kauai! The espresso machine got a good workout every morning, either before or after the morning walks, runs or sleep-ins! Great amenities, beautiful views with sightings of dolphins, whales and rainbows every day! Would highly recommend this rental - Mahalo!

The Cliffs - Jan.2024

Excellent property, awesome owner and management. Very clean, well-supplied, and exactly as depicted/advertised. It’s a bit older property, but some nice upgrades have been made. The kitchen and dining area is small, and w/8 adults it was somewhat cozy. But it’s Kauai; in our 8 days there we were rarely hanging out at the unit. Overall, we were pleased!

Great property

This was a great property with a great view. Condo was clean and roomy. The Cliffs has great amenities, the kids really enjoyed the pool. There is a closet full of beach stuff, we used the chairs every day. Only thing missing was an umbrella. No a/c but with patio doors open and ceiling fans was very comfortable. Only recommendation maybe a ceiling fan on the patio. Would recommend, great condo.

Beautiful views!

The location and the rooms were perfect my family. We have 3 teenage girls and they had the downstairs quarters to themselves, and my wife and I had the upstairs master. We thought it was going to be too hot upstairs but the ocean breeze was always moving through the front and back of the house. We were never hot. Loved the location of being right around the corner from all the North Shore beaches! Loved it!!!
