Beautiful views of the mountains and oceans on the ground floor

  • This is a beautifully remodeled condo located in the cliff side community of Alii Kai. This ground floor unit has gorgeous new flooring with a full wall of windows leading to a wonderful lanai to sit and enjoy the ocean and tropical weather. The living space & kitchen are open & spacious with plenty of comfortable guest seating, a large flat screen tv, board games & more to enjoy your time while you are in this space. The kitchen is spectacular with gorgeous cabinetry & quartz counters & a full dining space to enjoy a meal and see the amazing Kauai Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms- each with it's own beautifully updated bathroom. One bedroom has a view of gorgeous kauai mountains, has 2 queen size beds and is very comfortable. The other has ocean peak views which are just as beautiful and a comfortable queen size bed. The condo features luxury linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, chairs & beach accessories. There is wonderful grass space around the unit, a pool & spa with bbq area and spectacular ocean views all around the property.
