Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items.     Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.
    The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.

Great property! Easy to get in. Convenient parking. Beach chairs, towels, boogey boards, and cooler were all available to use. The apartment itself is no frills - no soap, mini fridge, microwave. Exactly for what we needed for our short stay!

This is a delightful place. Has all necessities and many extras. Quiet, great neighborhood, great walks around golf course. Near great ( but crowded) grocery store. Honalei Cole with many good restaurants and food trucks. ( if you get there about 5:00 can get into most restaurants in spite of the fat that they say online that all reservations are already booked. ). Thai food trucks particularly good but also had great burgers.Opening the window vents on one side and the sweet patio door brought a great cross breeze, so though an air conditioner was provided it was only used for a very few minutes.In short, highly recommend this place, but know that there are 24 steps up to the front door.

Small space, but a very nice bed and lots of thoughtful touches — coffee, dishes, beach supplies, and more. The AC worked great both cooling the room and drowning out the sound of roosters. Access to a shared hot tub and pool was a nice bonus as well. Good location with easy access to Princeville and a short drive to beaches (Anini was our favorite). Some other places had additional features like laundry, living room space, kitchen/dishwasher, but this served our needs just fine. We’d stay again!

Great get away!

Property was beautiful and easy to find. Loved or exploration of the North shore. Grocery store proximity was a major plus. The room was comfortable and the walk in shower was very spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay. Bed is very comfortable and plenty of beach gear and ice chest to use! Loved the lanai and view of the mountains out of front window.AC is a plus!! Would stay here again.

Host was easy to communicate with. The location was nice and in a beautiful quiet community. It was a very short walk to the pool. We spent each day driving to beaches. There is a nice long walking or jogging trail in the community that lots of people seemed to enjoy. The unit came with everything we needed for morning coffee on the lanai. It has a fridge/freezer to chill ice packs and beverages for our days out. We appreciated the use of beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We found the bed and pillows to be super comfortable! (I know that is important to some people when searching). The a/c worked well enough for the evenings. There is one parking spot for the unit right in front but someone did park in it during our stay. Perhaps more signage in rentals or in the parking lot could curb this? We found a spot in the rear parking lot that day so it ended up not inconveniencing us too much once we found that area.
