This brand new home will be your own private Hawaiian Oasis! Our spacious 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and the capacity to sleep up to 17 comfortably! Complete with your own grotto-inspired pool, jacuzzi, water slide & home theater, The Lagoon will be an opportunity for wonderful vacation memories!

Upon entering the front door, you’ll find yourself in the mud room area. To the right are the stairs leading to the second story, to the left is Bedroom 1 and straight ahead is the cozy Living Room and sleek, modern Kitchen and Dining Room Area. Bedroom 1 is complete with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, A/C unit and sliding glass doors that lead to the front lanai. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the Living Room. The Living Room has two queen-sized pullout couches, 2 twin-sized pull-out chairs, a Smart TV, A/C unit and beautiful teak and glass doors that bring you to the namesake of the house, The Lagoon. The Lagoon is your own private grotto-inspired pool with a spacious hot tub, water slide, grill and seating area and convenient poolside restroom. Off of the Dining Room Area and down the hall is the downstairs master bedroom, Bedroom 2. This room has a King-sized bed, Smart TV, A/C unit and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool deck. Bedroom 2’s bathroom is expansive, with a closet, toilet room, standing shower and soaking tub. Back off the Kitchen and towards the garage, is the pantry and laundry room, which includes double washer and dryers.
At the top of the stairs on the second story, you’ll see Bedroom 3 to the right, Bedroom 4 to the left and straight ahead is the Theater Room. Bedroom 3 has a 4-part bunk bed/trundle set (twin beds), Smart TV and A/C unit. Just outside the door of Bedroom 3 and right off the Theater Room is another bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Theater Room boasts, two rows of seating, including 3 twin-sized sleeper chairs , a built-in projector with sound system, an A/C unit and sliding wood and doors that reveal a lanai with a view of the pool. Finally, Bedroom 4 is the upstairs master with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, A/C unit, and a lanai with sliding glass doors that exhibit the stunning mountain views from the front of the house. Bedroom 4’s bathroom has a very spacious closet, toilet room, standing shower and soaking tub.

Guests will have complete access to the entire house, private pool and jacuzzi, apart from one closet in the Living Room.

Parties are not permitted to be held at the home.

Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Those doing so will be fined.


A few important rules to note as they could result in a FINE without warning from Princeville Community Association:
1. “No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any land in Princeville at Hanalei, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. Noise sources which may constitute an annoyance/nuisance include, but are not limited to: boisterous activities, incessant animal noise, musical instruments, audio equipment, televisions, unmuffled or inadequately muffled motor vehicles, public address systems, spa/pool activity. Nuisance noise is defined as being excessively loud at the property line of the nearest neighbor.”
2. “Vehicles must be parked with all wheels of the vehicle on the driveway. For safety purposes, the first two feet of the driveway from the road asphalt must remain clear. At no time should a car or it’s contents extend into the roadway. These requirements are in force at any time day or night.”
3. “Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning and the cans are to be put out no earlier than Tuesday at noon and put away no later than Wednesday evening.”

For stays longer than two weeks, additional $850 cleaning fee(s) will be required to cover mid-stay clean(s)
