Gorgeous Hanalei Bay is just a five-minute drive away and Princeville Shopping Center is nearby. The resort now offers Air Conditioning on a daily use fee. All units have washers/dryers, fully-equipped kitchens with everything needed to cook -- utensils, dishes, pots, pans, full-size stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender. There are also coolers provided in each unit. Guests will have access to all resort amenities. Air conditioning is the only amenity which is optional and is available for $20/day. The front desk staff is available 24/7\. The only downside when compared with other rentals was that there was no food items like seasonings or other misc cooking stuff that you sometimes find that makes your stay a little easier. The bedroom with the king sized bed only had the screen door that opened so no cross breeze. The afternoon sun would heat up the room alot and A/C costs extra. I would say it would be good for you to call them and ask them to lay off your clients. Oh they gave us keys with a check date of April 8th. Then our keys were shut off on the 6th.
