"We chose this hotel because they offered shuttle service to and from airport and we only needed the room for a nap. They DID NOT have shuttle service and wouldn’t refund us for the $15 cab ride from airport to hotel."

"Fridge was dirty and barely hanging on. Made horrible loud sounds all night. Room (non smoking) smelled so badly of cigarette smoke it was hard to breathe upon first entering. The shower water takes about 5-7 business days for the temperature to adjust, so either start it in advance or spend the whole shower adjusting the temperature. The parking lot is littered with trash and tweakers. We were not given the room that we booked and paid for in advance. It's the kind of shoddy hotel you see in movies. "
