Extremely small rooms, paperthin walls. Clean, yes. While hard surfaces are in good condition (bathroom, kitchen, floors) everything fabric/stuffed is outdated. Mattresses, outdoor cushions, and the couch is completely busted. You will have to fight the patio door every time you use it. Super close neighbors (it's a camping) with barking dogs. The location is great, the outdoor patio is roomy and breezy. There is central A/C and a smart tv, and the Westlake is a perfect place to practice paddle and kayak. So use the free rentals, use the free pass to Sandbanks, it's what makes the price ok for what you get. ##### Jacinthe R. Fortunately we got help from the owner of the camping site to understand how things in the cottage worked after several time we asked. The cottage was not super clean, especially the furniture that was old and often dirty. The only thing positive was the site near the bay. ##### Christine M.
