The Rosebend farmhouse is charming century home nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Bloomfield.Relax in the screened sunroom while sipping your morning coffee, or retreat to the cozy den with your favorite book. With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home offers both comfort and style. Feel right at home with all the essential amenities, complemented by an expansive one-acre outdoor space, including a private hot tub on the back deck for a truly tranquil experience. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.
Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
