We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday weekend in Prince Edward. The property was beautiful, clean, spacious and fully stocked. The location was perfect as it was close to Picton. We would definitely stay in the house again.
Perfect for family get together, the accommodations offer privacy as well as great common areas and is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Outdoor space provided lots of room for small children to play and for adults to enjoy a bonfire. Location made it easy to access the beach and close to town for trips to the grocery.
We were a group of 13 and this home was perfect for us! Everything was so smooth and the hosts were great! The home looks even better in person than on the picture! Everything was very clean! I would go back any time :) thank you!!
The house is beautiful and easily accommodated 16 guests. It was clean with nice beds and towels provided. The property was big and the pond was frozen so we had a great time skating. The host was responsive. We would definitely look this place again in the future!
We were a group of 8 siblings and partners. The set up and facilities were perfect for us- allowing for shared meals and indoor activities for smaller groups. Weather not great for sitting outside, but we did use the BbQs. In nicer weather there are lots of spots to sit and gather outside. Communication with hosts was easy. We had one minor issue which was resolved promptly. We really appreciated the park passes and did make use of those.
We stayed here over Christmas with family from Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa (which was a great halfway point for all the families). The kitchen is very well equipped (although there was no microwave) and our hosts even provided a Christmas tree. We did have a problem with the house, but it was dealt with very thoroughly and quickly by the hosts. Picton is five minutes away by car and is well equipped for everything that a tourist would need. We have already booked again.
A beautiful home and property. Perfect for large groups…8 spacious bedrooms and lots of sleeping space. So many areas to hangout together or have quiet chats inside and in the outdoor areas.
A very well equipped kitchen….we lacked for nothing. Only 8 of us and we still appreciated having two ovens and two refrigerators.
It is located close to Picton and only a 15 minute drive to Sandbanks, many wineries and breweries. Some of us had 8 hour drives to get there but are are the first to say it’s worth the drive…when can we come back.

Everything was perfect for our family reunion. We had 5 families gathering together from all over southern Ontario and this was the best location and setup for a group that large of all ages.
The setup of the building was perfect for a large group: the 14 of us fit comfortably in the dining area/primary living room, every room was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our group included 2 dogs that did not know each other. Because this house has a complete "granny home"—where a smaller group has access to a kitchen/living room/full bathroom/2 bedrooms that could be separated by a locking door—it was easily possible to keep them apart, had they not gotten along.
