Perfectly situated between Waupoos and Milford, this unique gem offers a serene getaway while being just a short drive from local wineries, beaches, and charming boutiques. The Space: The property offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, a full bathroom, laundry room, office space and a one bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom on the main level. On the second level, you will find the private loft bedroom. Guest Access: Guests can enjoy all areas of the house inside, with the exception of the basement. On the exterior, the property features a backyard, firepit and deck for guests. There is a secondary bunkie building on-site that is for owner use only. The backyard offers scenic pastoral views across fields and meadows, with partial lake views of Lake Ontario off in the distance.
