Air climatisé ne fournit pas et est très bruyant dans l'une des chambres à coucher. Il faisait très chaud dans l'aire commune. Il n'y a pas de rideau ou store à toutes les fenêtres. La plage à proximité est mal entretenue. Elle est gérée par la ville et non la province; c'est pour ça qu'il n'y a pas de frais d'entrée. La bouilloire ne fonctionne pas.
