The Casa del Noce - which can accommodate up to 9/10 (7 beds / 3 sofa beds) + 1 cradle - has four rooms and two bathrooms on 180 m2 on the third floor of a historic building with no lift. It has two terraces, a veranda, a generous living area and a small garden / solarium, as well as an area under the walnut tree that gives it its name, equipped with outdoor table and benches. You will have a Weber charcoal barbecue at your disposal, exclusive uncovered parking for two cars on the line, and a private storage room for skis/bikes/pushchairs. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED La Casa del Noce is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, normal and microwave oven, kettle, crockery, tablecloth, bed linen and towels, and the cost includes electricity, heating and domestic water consumption.
