"The street is small and blocked by other cars most of the day. There is a large and loud family living in the other side of house. You will not want to walk in the dark in this neighborhood. "

"This was by far the best stay we’ve had using VRBO or any other vacation rental company. The best thing about the property is it very private and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The house is beautiful and spacious the pond is full of fish and the fire pit is just a perfect spot to hang out! David is an awesome host answering all my questions very fast and the occasional check in is nice too! I give this place a very high rating the only complaint I have is we ran out of time! "The house was quite clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and extremely quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown and Kilgore College. Very convenient for attending the Texas Shakespeare Festival. The driveway is steep, but ok if you angle in. "
