The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers.
However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced.
For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

Great accommodating hotel, provided me with accommodation at 0500 hours in the morning prior to check in time. Our flight was delayed due to weather. I can’t think them enough! 5 star ratings!

7/10Stay was good. Extremely nice location and spacious property. Too many leaves on front porch and walkway which could have been cleaned. kids njoyed games and basketball area. Lake side was perfect for kids as it was just couple of mins of walk. 2 bathrooms are jack and Jill between 2 bedrooms. ...
