"Bedding was dirty. Was over charged and then went negative in my account. Caused an over draft and was told the manager could not be reached and that only the refund could be issued. Told if I wanted it possible fixed that I would have to contact the manager myself on Monday. When I asked why the manager couldn’t reach out to me if this was an important issue and an error on their side why I would have to reach out in order to make things right. The staff member became rude and quickly ended the phone call. Very unhappy with being overcharged, receiving a overdraft fee that I did not approve of, and then being told it’s not their problem unless I call back was a horrible experience also why checking in the desk, clerk couldn’t get another guest card to work three different times and then blame the guest for doing something to make it not work. I would not recommend this place and would recommend spending your money elsewhere."
"The staff was very nice and helpful. The fireplace and TV in our suite did not work so they accommodated us and moved us to a standard room. The TV still malfunctioned, bathroom fan did not work, but the mattresses were nice. Property is a bit dated and needs mechanical uograding. It’s in a nice and convenient location on campus, and again, staff was very nice. "
"We loved the waterslide!! The pool was a little cold, but the staff were quick to increase the temperature and it was great. The breakfast was well kept and all of the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay."
"The room was clean but old and very plain and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses are so hard, we might as well have slept on the floor. The included continental breakfast was a big disappointment. There were no plastic forks out so we had to eat waffles, sausages and eggs with a spoon. The eggs were so extremely salty, my entire family only took one bite and threw out the rest. Another lady even told me to avoid the eggs because they were way over salted. We won’t be going here again and I’ve already told my family to avoid staying here. "
